There was hair in the shower from it not being cleaned properly. The fire alarm went off and woke us up. The fire alarm went on for at least 10 minutes. There was a dip in the mattress so my boyfriend didn’t get any sleep due to it hurting his back.

Overall was a good stay. Several people in our group had issues with their reservations and management wasn’t helpful. Those that paid for bigger rooms that weren’t available had to pay a higher price for 2 rooms.

Room was clean, breakfast was very good, great variety. Coffee was fantastic. Very comfortable start to finish. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was safe and easy. Room was clean. Breakfast pretty standard. Did the job and filled me up. Coffee available at all times. Staff helped us get an adjoining room w/an extra bed since we had 4 small children amongst our 3 rooms. Marcus did that for us. He was great. Might be nice to have some water with citrus in in by the coffee. Water never got hot in the shower, but it was warm enough for a decent shower.

The breakfast was great. We had biscuits and gravy, cheese omelet, and potatoes. It was yummy! The staff, top notch! I Highly recommend this property.

every single indoor handle was broken to use any entrance other than the front main entrance. staff never told me every single door was broken when i asked about entrances on the side just said yes there are is one on each side and in the back. the weather was extremely cold and dangerously high winds. the doors being broken do not have anything to do with the winds. one had the door handle completely broken off and it cut my hand

Staff were great, room comfortable, gym, and restrooms, pool clean. Parking well lit. Carpet on stairways was worn, but no biggie. Great stay!

The room was huge but the base around the tube was dark and dirty..I only stayed one night and moved to another hotel because of the miss leading information on line about the distance to get to Langston University for my nieces event. I was told I would get a refund by on agent and then told that they was responsible for the refund that Expedia was because we booked through a third party.. Now Expedia says it’s the Holiday Express was responsible for the my refund.. I am wondering where is my refund because we had to travel an hour away and was told by the agent that the price we paid was to much and on top of it all the breakfast offer was horrible, locks on the doors broken bad choice!! I need my money back
