The room was very humid and had a mildew odor. The shower didn't have the body wash filled. It was empty. The front desk staff was nice. We have stayed at this property before, but not satisfactory this time

I was initially checked into a room which was not cleaned, with dead insects and food on the floor. Staff were helpful and moved us into another room, which while much cleaner, we soon found out the property had no TV service or hot water.

Location, breakfast, pool and staff I ran out of toilet paper. I got ran out of pool at 9:00 but watched several nights looking out my window at guest in the pool after nine

The bed was comfortable but cleanliness was lacking. The bedding was clean but the carpet was wet and the bathroom surfaces and door and floor were sticky and dirty.
