My family and I decided to stay at this Motel 6 location because it had good reviews, but we had a terrible experience. Room 206 was given to us and it had cockroaches. After speaking with the front desk, we were given room 212, we did not see any cockroaches in that room, but a pillow case had dried boogers and the bed covers appeared to have cigarette burns. The parking was fine and it seemed safe. We will never stay at this facility again.

The staff were nice . Room was very dirty , beds were shifted off bedframe, floor was so dirty I had to buy my own broom and mop to clean the room up as I felt a little embarrassed to ask to have it cleaned when I knew that’s how all rooms were probably the same plus I had my 2 toddlers with me and didn’t wanna wait too long in car . AC didn’t work in the first room I got so they changed me rooms next door and it worked a little better ..

Staff is helpful and room was super clean. We had to cut our trip short because my mother fell ill. They were helpful and understanding. Can’t wait to go back and visit again. Thank you for everything!!

Location and price The restroom was moldy. Shower head had mold. I didn’t even shower there.

Needed to switch rooms because the original was not clean.

Staff is very friendly

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it's very close to the freeway exit. The room that they gave me was extremely loud. Couldn't sleep all night. It's next to the ice machine. People were getting ice all night long and it was very noisy. Even people from outside the hotel who were not staying there. Avoid staying in Room #12 and #13. They are next to the ice machine. Also there were lots of flies in the room. The tables were greasy. People have eaten on them and nobody had cleaned them.

Room and bathroom were both filthy. Sink faucet wasn't even attached to the counter and had no water pressure. Ended up brushing teeth with no water. TV was a joke. Never again.

No shampoo/ conditioner provided

For being a small community motel, and one known as an economy option, this establishment does a very good job while still being budget minded. Its proximity to any necessities from fast food to fine dining or just fuel, all, walking distance or across the street. I will be in the area several times this year and will be staying with these good folks.

Yes it's usually clean this time it was not,dirty floors and infested with flies bad!!! Had to go buy spray! No wifi at all pool was closed and the room smelled so bad I had to find sumthing to spray! I know it's a smokin room did not smell like reg smoke

The property was comfortable and clean the staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable (something I was concerned about with a motel 6). Will definitely stay here again.

Rented two rooms. Both smell like urine. One room had a wall stained with blood and human waste. Bedding was dirty in both rooms. Found cockroaches in one of the rooms. Showers had clogged drains. We stayed there for one night. It was our only option in Kingsburg. Office staff were very nice and welcomed.

Nice place to stay in Kingsburg I would stay there again if I ever go back to Kingsburg.
