Very nice property with very clean room nicely decorated; close to Perkins Restaurant, cute outdoor pool, workout room, and breakfast served. A little hidden gem.

All rooms clean and fresh. Bathroom toilet had issue of running, but worked fine. Informed front desk at checkout.

The staff was accommodating and pleasant, however not always available. The beds were decently comfortable and it appeared and smelled clean. Breakfast wasn't bad at all. The location was terrible. The best part was the restaurant, Perkins, across the street. The pool was 4' and small. I did not feel the price was worth the accommodations. Comparably I spent as much there as I have some really nice hotels, the quality just wasn't there. It's an older establishment and they work hard to keep it painted and clean, but it's not worth the price.

When we entered our rooms the odor was musty, dirty. I had Fabreeze with me and that helped in both rooms. In the bathroom- the metal tissue cover was rusty! The metal vent cover in the upper wall was bent in spots and missing parts. Not a place we would return to. This was the third Comfort we had stayed at on this trip. It was by far the worse. Not what we expected for a Comfort.

The staff was friendly upon arrival and explained how to use the wifi and what time was the breakfast. The room was very clean- the linens, bathtub and sink. The bed was very comfy.We didn't like that it had carpeted floors but they were at least clean. The TV was nice size and there was a convient desk, microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.The breakfast was great because there was about anything you could want. Parking was good. The property was in a quiet location
