I’m allergic to gluten and dairy so the breakfast is the same as any other hotel that has a breakfast included. Plain Oatmeal because they don’t have dairy free milk or tea/coffee creamer. For the price, it would be nice if they had vegan breakfast options as well as gluten-free.

Convenient location on and off the NY Thruway. Easy to travel into Kingston for dinner. Breakfast had many options. I accidently left my hat and jacket in the room after checkout. The front desk located the items and arranged for them to be mailed to my home.

Room location was near ice machine and exterior exit door so noisy. Staff friendly. Breakfast was average.

Parking was challenging later in the evening. Would stay there again if in the area.

Easy to find and comfortable room. Weird location, behind a Taco Bell and CVS.

The biggest concern was room security. The deadbolt and swinging door lock did not fully lock, which made the room feel less secure than expected. I also noticed limited staff presence during late-hour check-in, which made it harder to feel supported if an issue came up. Common areas also needed better attention. Unattended children were running wild in the dining area and disrupting other guests, but staff did not appear to step in. Near the pool area, guests left the tile floor wet, but there were no wet floor signs posted, creating a possible slip hazard. Overall, the stay was not terrible, but safety, staff oversight, and guest experience could be improved
