Courtyard Houston Kingwood

It was fine for an over night trip. Staff was friendly and property was clean and convenient to our event. I was a little disappointed that coffee was not included in the breakfast area. Having to pay for Starbucks was a new one with this brand of hotel.

Fantastic location, clean, nice area, good places to eat and very clean and safe.

You hear EVERYTHING! Had ear plugs and a powerful wind tunnel fan and could hear so many doors slamming from all corners. No sleep was had.

Just a basic room.

Disappointing experience from the moment I ckd in. I was incorrectly charged $331, & then the GM assigned me an occupied rm. When I opened the door, a woman was in the shower & her dog was on the bed. I immediately backed out, closed the door, & notified the FD. The trainee was extremely apologetic, but the GM laughed about the situation instead of treating it with the seriousness it deserved. The trainee made the billing mistake, & the GM made the much more serious mistake of assigning an occupied room. This incident could have easily turned into a much bigger problem for everyone involved. Unfortunately, the Ck-in experience overshadowed our stay. I believe GM could benefit from additional cs operational trng to ensure situations like this r handled professionally & prevent in the future

We stayed here last year and it was such a nice hotel we decided to stay again this year for my husband’s work trip in the area. The pool, gym and in hotel restaurant - along with outside restaurants shopping and a nail salon within walking distance made this fun for me while he was working. The property is well maintained, the have security in the lot outside and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms, location, and staff exceeded all expectations.

Everything Nothing

Given a handicapped room. Because we used Expedia? No breakfast available.

The coffee served in the room was pathetic - don't understand they can even call that coffee! Does not even compare to weak tea. If they are paying for that coffee and tea service it is a waste of money! The bar is closed in the evening!

Even numbered rooms are in the front side of the hotel and are noisy do to facing the interstate. Not good for light sleepers.

They have balcony rooms

The staff and hotel accommodations exceeded my expectations. The location was near various restaurants and shopping centers.

Staff was fabulous. Restaurant was so nice to have on site. Good location. Quiet during the night. Room was clean. Bed wasn't as comfortable as I expected. Refrigerator was tiny with no freezer.

Good location. Easy access both in and out. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Would stay here again! Found nothing to dislike
