Club Wyndham Cypress Palms

Very touristy, not necessarily business friendly... Time-share feel to it. Not a center-hall style single building hotel. Multiple buildings (10+) geared toward vacation (Disney) more than business. No elevator; thankfully I was in a ground floor unit of 5 story tall buildings. Suite style unit. Kitchen/Living room, Bedroom, Bathroom. Full kitchen was nice. Bed was very comfortable - Good sleep. No morning breakfast. Staff was pleasant but very geared toward the touristy side; not necessarily to any business needs.

Comfortable sofa and bed along with a fully equipped kitchen! Living room/dining room and kitchen area could be bigger! Very clean and well decorated room!

The only negative experience happened during check-in. In order to receive our room keys, we were directed to Guest Services, where we were then encouraged to attend a 60-minute timeshare presentation. It felt like there was no way to avoid this process because Guest Services was part of getting our room keys. I made it clear that I wasn't interested in attending a timeshare presentation, but a $40 charge was placed on my card when I didn't show up. I don't think guests should feel pressured into attending a sales presentation while on vacation or risk being charged for choosing not to participate. It made what was otherwise a wonderful stay end on a disappointing note. Aside from that experience, everything else about the hotel was great, and we really enjoyed our time there.

Everything was perfect! The suite had everything you could need. Even had coffee filters for the full sized coffee maker. I thought the price was more than reasonable. Would highly recommend.

The property is very clean and you see maintenance personel everywhere. At one time the smoke Alarm started beeping (needed a battery). Once we notified the front desk, it didn't take maintenance long to address and silve the problem. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The staff is very polite and will ask is there anything you need or can they do anything to make your stay better. We really enjoyed our stay and will continue to schedule our stay here at Club Wyndham Cypress Palms.

Rooms were big and clean. Love the full kitchen, and separate tub. No bedside table in the bedroom. The electric plugs were not conveniently by any surface to accomodate phones or computers.

Only Issue we had this time around was Parking as the resort appeared very close to full.

We were extremely pleased with how the night-shift manager handled our check-in; he was very professional in accommodating my special request. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The only two things that didn't work very well were the dryer and the bedroom A/C vent; the room would usually get a bit warm by the end of the day 😳 because not enough cold air was coming out. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. The kitchen has everything .

What a pleasant surprise to find this wonderful little gem hidden away on Irlo Bronson! It was quite clean, easy to get to other tourist, destinations, nicely appointed, good amenities. A few small complaints were that there were not enough handicapped accessible spaces for parking, and the elevators were hard to access from any areas that had handicap parking spaces.

It was dirty. Floors, you noticed the baseboards because they were so dirty.

Started out with a great check-in and continued from there. Very helpful staff when we needed a shower chair and toilet raiser for elderly guest. Had them within minutes. Tyvm

The staff and the rooms were excellent. But the property itself needs more amenities, such as cafe, DJ, Bar and etc.
