Club Wyndham Cypress Palms

This was my family and I’s first time staying here and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The apartment was very clean, lots of towels and very convenient. Everything was nearby. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. Will definitely come back

Only complaint was it took a while to deliver toilet paper 😅 but we made it work. I will not stay anywhere else. My family and I will be back!!

Nothing for kids to do . Close to open waters. Tubs weren’t super clean! Pools remained closed most of the time and no food. On sight

My stay was amazing from the minute I walked in to check in the staff was very welcoming. The gentleman that checked me in was great!! Great direction… would recommend and come back for my future stays!!

The biggest disappointment in staying here was that the elevator closest to our suite was out of service until the day before we left and the pool closest was also closed until the day before we left

Cleanliness of the condo was excellent and everything was really well laid out. Our group was 7 people and we had a great time!

The hotel itself is totally fine. Nice room, well-stocked, clean. The timeshare sales pitch that you have to hear in order to just get your room key was awful. I said no to the timeshare meeting at least ten times, and the salesperson continued to push and tell me that I had to attend the meeting, and insulted me when I firmly told her no. It’s was downright disrespectful. Despite the hotel being nice enough, I will never return because of that how that sales rep treated me. I do not appreciate someone not respecting when I say no.

Roach infested. They did try to accommodate to a new room which was also infested with these little black bugs. I understand Florida is know for bugs but they don’t seem to have any pest control on property. I checked out about 2-3 hours after check in and the manager refused to refund for a week stay.

Great property for a trip! Everything was very clean, the staff went above and beyond, and the balcony offered a lovely view. Having access to a kitchen made it feel like home. Highly recommended for other travelers!

Utensils, pans had to be requested. Room air vents dripping and dirty.
