He found out it was my husband’s birthday and gave him a birthday balloon with a basket. Crazy!!! Stayed in so many hotels and resorts in Orlando (I’m a Floridian) and this location is one of my favorites. Everything was perfect. The room was super clean, the amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi were clean, and beautiful with a lounging gazebo that had the best fan overhead for this Florida heat and large speaker rocks with great music, the space itself was great for our family and the location literally 6 minutes to the stores, gas stations, 17 minutes or less to the theme parks. I will definitely be back! Thank you

Nice place. Very big rooms

Great place to stay. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. Including a screened in porch. Close to everything we needed to. Would definitely stay again.

Always a great place to stay. Whenever we go to Orlando we book with the Polynesian. Only suggestion is softer beds.

We love staying here and always book our reservation at this location. Everyone is friendly, the rooms are clean and have large spaces, the amenities are fantastic, and the property is kept clean and beautiful. Front desk clerk, Freddy, is awesome and makes you feel right a home. Checking in is a welcoming experience!

It said that the room was equipped with a blow dryer, but it wasn’t so that was a disappointment With that being said, the grounds are beautiful. The room was beautiful. There was nothing I would change. Except the pitch for the free stuff

Family friendly, spacious room. Close to all of the fun parks, clean, had security, and it was well maintained. My family loved it!

Proximity to the pool was excellent. Great activities for the kids and a well-lit pool area at night to frolic until closing. Security is on point at night. Now to my pet peeves. In the past, we just put our trash out in front of the door, and it was picked up by your staff. Now we are supposed to take it to the dumpster ourselves? Another issue I found that the back stairwells to the rooms ARE NOT kept clean. They could use a good cleaning and removal of hornet nests.

The woman who checked us in - so pleasant and welcoming. Explained where the room was, the best place to park to access it, where all the amenities were. Perfect experience. Security and a few of the maintenance guys- Everyone that we saw always gave a smile and a wave, at a minimum. Great people working there. And then finally the gentleman that checked us out. Was very kind and professional, and very apologetic after I told him there was mold above the double vanity in one of the bathrooms. It's not like the whole wall or ceiling was covered, but it was a big enough spot that it should have been noticed by housekeeping. I would absolutely give this location 5 stars if there was no mold

We were booked into a beautiful King room that turned out to be a full suite. We appreciated the upgrade. We loved how this property is played out and it was perfect for the short overnight stay. We loved that it was in the middle of the things we planned for this stay. This will be a preferred property for our short-notice trips from Tampa/Zephyrhills.
