OUR FAMILIES FAVORITE!!!!

Booked 2 rooms each with 1 King and 2 twins; upon check in only had rooms with 1 king and 1 queen. Told sold out for that night and extra persons could sleep on couches. Was able to get corrected the next day thanks to very helpful front desk women. Pools and hot tubs were great but did shut down one afternoon due to weather. Problem was they did not reopen pools or hot tubs till later morning next day even though there were no storms all evening or that morning. There was construction in one of complexes and they sealed and painted half parking areas for last 2 days of our stay, so caused some parking issues. We have stayed there several times and this is first time having issues and frustrations. Rooms were clean, friendly staff, convenient location.

The front desk clerk says our room won’t be ready till 5:30 pm, because the last client had a late check out. Ok, no problem. I ask since our check in is delayed may we get an extended check out too? Umm, sure…how is 11:30 am? Ok perfect, thank you. We get a text at 5 pm that our room is ready. We arrive back for check in, then sent to another desk for a parking pass. It was more like I absolutely have to sell you a space (timeshare). No thank you we’re not interested. Tried to be nice but he wouldn’t stop. I leaned in at the counter and whispered “Don’t be like Westgate and cause a scene”. He stopped and we left. Next morning I’m in the shower and hear banging on the door (like the building was on fire!) screaming “you’re check out time is passed, 10 am was your check out time! We told him it wasn’t till 11:30 because of the delayed check in. He said no (he’s still yelling) it’s at 10 am! So we got dressed and packed up and went to the office and the manager apologized and said he’d reimburse our resort fee. I’ll never stay at this hotel ever again!

Clean Nothing

Everything, super clean, beautiful, spacious, wonderful service

5 star for tue clean room. The staff was very polite and helpfull l. Exelent for my family with 3 kids. The kitchen and the space was a super plusssss

The only drawbacks for me were the mattress was uncomfortable so I didn't sleep the first night, and the maintenance staff was extremely loud waking me up at 6:30 in the morning to service the pool and hot tub which I unfortunately was next to. Also, even though there are full kitchens, it would be nice if they offered some type of continental breakfast. Make sure you call first before making a reservation because they've got parking lot improvements and I believe construction coming. It is nice that they advise you of that.

We were staying in another of their properties but then we had to find somewhere else, as we extended our holiday. This was like the 'sister' apartment. I'D STRUGGLE TO FIND ANYTHING NEGATIVE, EXCEPT???? That ONLY negative is because someone in our party of 4 smokes and this property is TOTALLY NON SMOKING. This relative was NOT happy, as she had to go onto the main road for her habit and, a lot of the time, in the dark night/evening. . As a non smoker, it didn't bother me but I think that they should have somewhere safer to smoke. I was worried about this person, as a female in America. Hilton, consider the safety aspect of sending lone female onto a busy road. Apart from that, great accommodation for a grown family of 4 adults, Mum, Dad and 2 very grown sons. RECOMMENDED

Room was clean and spacious. Fridge in the kitchen did not work but maintenance corrected the problem quickly. Air freshener smell in lobby was way too strong. Not good for people with allergies or sensitivities. No elevators in buildings so we had to carry luggage up stairs.

This was our third stay and will definitely be back again! Always clean, staff is helpful and friendly and it’s right in the middle of all the attractions

Almost every thing The tv as couldn’t watch cable or play a movie in dvd as didn’t work and my shower didn’t work

Staff was very professional and hospitable, privacy was given by everyone here. Security guard was overly aggressive towards my finance.

Suite was very spacious; close to Disney.

Everything was good except being located on the 3rd floor. My wife and I are seniors, and we had to settle for the 3rd floor because I was told there were no other rooms available. So that was a little challenging being 70 years of age.
