Windsor at Westside Resort 5 Bedroom Private Pool+Spa Home 5 Home

The game room only The place itself is very filthy and needs a deep cleaning. Upon walking into the home there’s an odor that meets you at the door. This home has built up dust on the base board and carpet in every area of the house, including the kitchen wall over the cabinets. The master bedroom had live and dead worms in it, the bed was literally on the floor. The first room upstairs smelled like urine and had a huge red stain on the carpet, the bathroom shower had built up mold on the door as well as the other rooms. The living room furniture was old and outdated with visible stains on the pillows and couch. The outdoor pool area was full of cob webs and dust near the beverage cooler. The pool fence had green algae on the inside as well as outside, the pool safety fence was broken. The game room was the only cleanest part of the home. We contacted management “Magic Box” who was no help. The guy told us they cleaned the place, and sorry it’s not up to my standards and I couldn’t get a refund. I informed him that I had a child that has allergies and autism who could stay in this type of environment, he didn’t care he was very rude. I had to leave out of the subdivision to use my phone due to the reception being so bad. Also, the parking is bad, streets are so narrow, the driveway parks only two cars. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO ANYONE. We ended up leaving 30 minutes after check in find a much cleaner nicer house on AirBNB. WARNING DO NOT RENT

It was spacious and comfortable. Nothing

Stay was good

Gnats was so bad I couldn’t eat my rod

I would recommend this resort to others.

Absolutely a lovely home, we really enjoyed our stay there , I would book it again in the future

Beautiful and comfy! So much room for all the family. Great value!

It was an amazing place! Great stay overall, comfortable beds, beautiful pool, nice resort. Family loved it!

It was clean kid friendly and not far away from places

This house was incredible! We had the best time in the pool! The beds were comfortable. There was room to move around. The kids LOVED their rooms! Plenty of TVs for everyone to do their own thing after being together all day. The resort pool was so fun, too! The binder needs to have information about the resort. We had to look up on the internet how to get there and we didn’t realize we had to bring our own towels and floaties for the lazy river.

Only thing I can say is that I wish the carpet was cleaner and some of the furniture was scratched up

Wish pool was heated only complaint

Spacious, clean, comfortable, game room, pool Nothing

Very clean and spacious Wish the pool was warmer. But kids still loved it.

My family and I loved everything about the house that added even more comfort to our stay! You left no stone unturned i can’t say anything negative about such a beautiful house

Fast responsive, amazing house!

It was roomy and clean. The coffee maker did not work.

Air conditioner broke first day, was fixed by late that night.

Place was absolutely beautiful! Exceeded our expectations. My family enjoyed every moment of our visit. I would definitely recommend.
