Running Y Ranch Resort is located just outside Klamath Falls. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, and the resort has a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

We needed a table or other shelf to use in the shower room for clothes,etc

I love this property, I have stayed here many times either on my way to Bend to visit my daughter or on my way home (Sacramento), Normally I would not complain about staff, everyone has a bad day, however, this was the 3rd time I encountered grumpy, rude staff at the restaurant/bar (not the new bartender, she was great) but there was some male person who was there the last few times and just unpleasant and kinda rude.. there were busy, but not an excuse.. also the breakfast server was very kind.. anyway other than that it is a very nice place.

The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our room but wish there was shelves or another place for storing clean dry towels other than on top of the sink counter. The area was resort area was perfect for walking my pups and the pet relief stations were good. We ate ribeye steaks at the restaurant on property. It was delicious. We also enjoyed the view on the patio while we ate. We did not have time to enjoy the amenities around the resort but it look like there was plenty to enjoy. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Klamath Falls area.

This is a really fantastic resort with lots to take in! The setting is utterly gorgeous. My husband is an avid golfer with high expectations and he LOVED the golf course and wants to go back. The restaurant food was good, not amazing but solid. The view out the back of the restaurant is never boring. We had our pup with us and all went well there, grateful they allowed dogs. The setting is just stunning and being near Klamath Lake was a delight, so much beauty to take in. We will definitely come back!

We didn’t have much time to explore. Everything looked nice and tidy. The only thing is that the pool was far away from the main building. It’s a beautiful country club

The staff were not helpful at all, no direction about the property, and there just weren’t enough people working for the number of guests.

Certainly a seasonal experience. The midges are out of control if traveling to and from the resort. Night travel is worst. Room had dated bathroom and shower and overly sensitive shower/tub controls. Wife was scalded and there was mold on the bathroom wall. Interior entrance door has been inoperable for 6+ months.

Enjoyed the overall stay. Most outstanding was all the staff, from golf course to front desk, restaurant servers. We had issues with our reservation they couldn't find it in the book. I had called 4 days before and talked with a staff member,she made our reservation. I even showed the young gentleman the number in my call log of almost 4 minutes. He apologized and sat us right away.dinner was very good and Julissa was very friendly. I was disappointed that she never questioned why the blackberry margarita was still sitting with most not consumed. At the end of the meal she cleared it not asking if it was ok. It was extremely sour, I don't believe it was made as outlined on the menu. I didn't mention it or request it to be removed from the bill. She should have asked about it. they seem to be under staffed, only 1 person working when we ate lunch. He apologized for the wait. For breakfast the next morning we were turned down for seating.explaing there were only 2 people working and couldn't take anyone else. To bad, we look forward to coming back,
