Days Inn by Wyndham Knoxville East

It wasn't bad it just wasn't what I expected. They have 3 levels with no elevator that wasn't good I'm disabled and I had luggage with me. The hotel attendant was nice enough yo move us down to the first floor.

Bad

Room was not clean. Stains on comforter and towels. Bed sheets didn't look clean. 2 cockroaches were crawling on the bathroom floor. Would not recommend staying there. Guy at front desk was nice but overall a terrible stay.

Did not eat breakfast here. The room smelled really bad. the floors where very dirty. they a roach in my bathroom.

New. Towels and sheets.

Rooms are a bit outdated and have a bit of a stuffy smell. Other than that it was fine.

it was gross. stains on the sheets and bugs in the bed. bugs on the ceiling. bugs in the bathroom. bugs everywhere.

The room was gross. Many flies and cockroaches inside (killed for 4) and unknown black bugs in the bathroom. Dirty/stained walls, floors and shower curtain, dirty fridge.

Room was clean, easy to find, easy access to interstate. Staff was rude and, on her phone, & barley spoke to me upon Check-in. I was charged $25.00 to check in 1 hr. early. Check in time is 3:00 (ok that is what it is) But what really put this in perspective is, another customer came in at 3:02 and was told his room wasn't ready. Oh well.

Bed was comfy A lot of outside noise. Breakfast very little. Bathroom was dirty>

Gentleman at the counter was very nice. The smoke alarm kept chirping and to fix it the had to pull it off the wall that night. Bathroom needed to be cleaned but was usable. The sinks were made for toddlers and I’m short.

Staff was extremely helpful

The breakfast was a joke and it stunk

Room could have been cleaner. Bath mat had grey mold. Extremely noisy die to the highway.

Good room

Friendly staff who was professional and accommodating. Room was clean, and they left me alone unless I asked for something specific....as I initially stated this was what I wanted. I was there for 2 weeks with my job. My only complaints are that the TV was not a smart TV, so I had to buy a cable to connect to my phone...and the shower water pressure was rather low.
