Tub was clogged, water drained slowly. I did report to staff. Other than that, room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good but I have never had to pay for a hotel buffet breakfast before so was surprised about that. May make a difference in making future hotel choices as raised the overall price for a stay.

This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn and my first time in the Hatfield/Lansdale area. This hotel was extremely helpful, and the room was very clean. I did not have a single complaint. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. I was very pleased with my room and the area!

Everything was fine except that the elevator broke down and I had to get my luggage up and down the stairs on my own. I had a very recent back injury. That was a real problem for me. The cleaning staff did a good job on my room.

I was very pleasantly surprised that this Holiday Inn is a good as properties the cost appreciatively more. The hotel was immaculate. My room was very nice. The staff was wonderful. You could eat there and there was a bar that I think was only beer and wine. If I had business in that area again, I would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn.

The server at breakfast was friendly and very helpful. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly The only problem we had was the noise . At 2 in the morning I could hear 2 girl talking as they walked down the hallway. Then at 3 am I could hear a guy talking on his phone as he walked by our room. I know this is not the hotels fault .
