WoodSpring Suites Houston La Porte

Exceptional

Superb

The experience was made even worse by the noise early in the morning. Housekeepers were vacuuming the hallways at 6:00 AM, which was incredibly disruptive. We contacted the front desk to complain, and the response was essentially, “Well, that’s what time their shift starts, so I don’t know what to tell you.” That was not an acceptable response to a legitimate guest complaint. Overall, the condition of the property, misleading photos, early-morning noise, and lack of concern from the front desk made for a very disappointing stay. I would not stay here again.

Very nice room, clean property and excellent staff

Muy buen cervisio

Super nice staff, Price was reasonable. plenty of towels. convenient I booked with this hotel for the kitchen. There were no pots, pans, cups, plates or dishes of any kind. NO ice... Just an empty shell.. NO coffee pot.. NO soap.. Nothing.. Felt like a huge waste of money.

The room smell like cigarettes and it stated it was non smoking hotel and the night we got there it was bad that I couldn’t stay there even a bug came out of the ac vent. I had to asked for refund they just charged me the first night even though I didn’t stayed there which I should’ve got a full refund for all the nights. Please take this as consideration for me getting the first night rerun since I didn’t stayed there.

Any questions I had, she was able to answer. She was very helpful with trying to find my shoes that I thought I left in our room. (They were in the car) I will definitely be returning if needing to stay at a hotel in the La Porte area!

Nice stay for the price! Staff was friendly

Exceptional

The walls in the room had mucus all over the walls. It was dirty, leaking water from the sink, the toilet had tissue paper in there as if somone just used the rr before I went it. It was disgusting. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The staff was nice and did what they could and I appreciate it that... however I will never come back to this location.
