It was ok
-
Parking had to many electric chargers (6 or 8) of them for vehicles that were not used. Had to park on the side or back of property. The toilet paper roller/spindle was missing and I told the front desk but no one can to replace it.
-
Carpet so dirty it stained your socks Noise level from above floors so bad you cannot even sleep Spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The entire place has an odor. The carpets felt damp. Every single towel in my room was stained. Canceled my 5-night stay after the first night.

Noisy hallways Left over hair on pillows Stuffy rooms

Filthy dirty property. Black hairs in the shower. Hairs found all over the bed. No housekeeping services available to clean it. I was offered clean sheets instead of a refund. Asked the front desk if they would stay in that room. The answer was no, but management refused to refund the room. Terrible experience.

Room was not clean and entire corridor was stinking. Hair on pillow covers, not sure if they were changed at all. Carpet in the room is dirty. Corridor Ceiling was in repair with open tiles and leaking marks on most of them. I was planning to extend my stay but did not and was regretting my one day stay booking and waiting to get out.

I'm a mother traveling across the country with my husband and three young children. While booking hotels on the road, I accidentally reserved a room for the wrong night — an honest mistake anyone could make. The checkout never showed a clear final confirmation screen to catch it before charging me, and the rate was instantly non-refundable. It felt like a trap. I noticed within minutes and called the hotel (La Quinta) right away — they never helped. I then called Expedia, who promised a resolution and told me to wait one day for an email. But that day was exactly when we were supposed to be in Niagara. The result: on the very night we should have been there, we couldn't find a hotel, our budget fell short, and we were left stranded and distressed — holding two rooms for the same night in two cities hundreds of miles apart. Clearly an error no traveler makes on purpose. What hurt most wasn't my mistake — it was the total lack of flexibility and human judgment. One clear confirmation step, or a small goodwill exception for an obvious same-night duplicate reported within minutes, would have changed everything. For a family on a tight budget, a day we had dreamed about became a nightmare. I still love traveling and I understand rules exist — but a little humanity goes a long way. Families deserve far better.

The quietness
-
there was watermarks on the ceiling, the walls, i had so much problem with the key card and make sure you pull off the covers and check your mattress there was a bunch of pee marks. The chair was all dirty, the curtain was damaged, and the check in people were not friendly, the only good thing was the people who give out breakfast to eat. I would not recommend this hotel.

The absolute experience was horrible booked for 6 days. On day 2 I found that the room was infested with bed bugs. The manager was beyond rude. Refused to give me a refund considering I spent almost $1000. I would never come here again

Great spot. Near the venue and a gas station that had a Tim Hortons. A couple restaurants next to that as well.

The room was clean but they do without the carpet
-
The waffle maker needs one more the line up is too long for breakfast
-
Location. Clean, really love a couch in my room
-
Very clean

Needs updated.

Overall its an ok hotel. Its newer so not really run down. They did put in a bunch of EV chargers with took up parking spaces so parking is at a premium with the unused EV spots. Ice machine still not repaired since my last stay months ago.
