Secondly, the carpet in one room was torn and a nail was out and pinched to my daughter’s foot, but the lady just apologized and offered a mat to put over it. We booked room for 5 peoples and for the rollover bed they were charging extra charges. Overall the stay was not pleasant, the receptionist was just apologizing with a tone that it is what it is. I don’t recommend this hotel for stay.

Fosset and Refrigator not working. Room AC was turned off and smelled when entering the room.

I wish there were more items available for breaksfast.

Property was fairly clean. Air conditioner in hallway leaked on the floor. Pool was nice and not busy. Wish there was a couch in the rooms.

I wrote a review yesterday about my check in with staff leaving other guests drivers licenses in the desk. The elevators made terrible noises when in motion. My room has stains on the bedding. The door dead bolts were broken. the chairs looked like they were covered in mechanics grease. I figured I was supposed to have a coffee pot since there were coffee singles, but was no where to be found. The shower had previous guests hair on the wall, there wasn't a full toilet paper holder and I didnt have any soap. Wasn't my best experience.

Breakfast Hours said until 930 on the weekend we came down at 9:10 and they were closing up everything and had brought all the food in.

The hotel was very dirty, from the lobby, the elevator, the rooms. The toilets would not flush well, the faucets were all loose, the sink backed up. The walls and floors were all visibly dirty. Not enough towels/washcloths and we’re told no when requested more. We were 4 in a room with one washcloth, one hand towel, and three towels. The cleaning staff were not helpful at all. Wanted to change hotels but would have lost too much money and the front desk staff were unfazed. The indoor pool was FREEZING and my daughter woke up the next day with crusty eyes, even with showering after the pool use…

Terrible. Elevator broke. Air conditioning doesn’t work. Staff ignores you. Took forever to check in.

never again changed room 3 times looks like they did not change bed sheets and just put it back together with marks and hairs discusting.

The hotel did not provide a guide to the TV channels. It was difficult to find a channel or find a guide on the TV

The staff was nice the room were very clean I would love to come back but the only down fall was the pool it was freezing cold and its inside so that mad no sense to me. Other then that it was nice

This hotel is certainly run down and could use some updates. The shower floor felt very spongy, like you could step right through it. We also found a pill in the room (assuming a gel Tylenol but not certain.) The carpet also felt a little damp- like it needed a dehumidifier for the room. Unfortunately the sleeping arrangements were not as pleasant either. Easily heard our neighbors down the hall and upstairs at all times of the night. Unfortunately very disappointed with the accommodations.

Thank you for a great mini vacation. However, a few things could have been done better. 1. The lobby was not very clean; mostly the floors and the bathroom in the lobby. 2. Most hotels end breakfast at 10 am. Breakfast at 9 am was a little early. The rooms were pretty clean, and I love the standing shower. Overall, it was a good experience.
