Location was nice, had a walking path along the river. Easy to navigate around to restaurants. Breakfast was very good and had a staff member constantly cleaning and restocking breakfast items. Hotel is very dated and could use a refresh. Television was terrible. Had Direct TV and over half the channels listed didn’t come or were scrambled on and off. WiFi reception was terrible as well so streaming on our devices was not realistic.

We attended a wedding in the area it was convenient for the night we stayed. No issues It’s not somewhere I would visit for ambiance

It was clean, a great place to stay - just far enough away from Laconia bike week to get away from the noise, but close enough to go have fun! Perfect location for us!

Unfortunately the tv channels not working. No matter what channel you watch they always are fussy.

The bed was comfortable the shower was nice just wished it opened both ends you had to get in before you could turn on the shower . Also it was very quiet Breakfast was very disappointing the waffle maker didn’t work well the milk container was pretty gross & the milk was bad the breakfast staff was new & he really didn’t know what to do I’m glad that the manager came over & helped me with my issues

We were scheduled for a 4 night stay. The room assigned to us was on the front at the location with the most noise. We did not realize the impact of the noise on our sleep. Motorcycle noise at 6 a.m. I asked the staff why if we were booked for a 4 night stay we were not assigned a room on the backside of the hotel away from the intersection noise....does that not make sense? They offered that we move, but our bags were unpacked and we did not have time to change with the plans scheduled for those days. Also, as we came and went during those days there was no friendly greeting from the staff at the desk.
