Featuring 3 buildings, this waterfront resort is located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, offering a private beach and canoe rentals. It is 3 mi from the center of Laconia, New Hampshire. With stair access only, the Inn Building is located across the street from the private beach and the amenities building. This building is surrounded by an all-purpose field and adjacent to the outdoor pool The Lakefront Building is connected to the main amenities building by an underground walkway leading to the front desk, indoor pool, health club and Blackstone's Restaurant where breakfast is served daily. Cable TV and free WiFi are included in each traditionally styled guest rooms. Gourmet coffee-making facilities and a seating area are provided. Complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh whole fruit is provided year-round in our main lobby each morning, and a hot breakfast buffet is also available during the summer months for a surcharge. The beds were very uncomfortable! And the noise first thing in morning from Shaws with all the trucks backing into loading docks.

Location. Attended a wedding there. It was conducted very well indeed. All a tad worn down. The breakfast was [ although reasonably priced ] not overwhelming at all.

The property was good but on the phone he told me that I could walk to our venue which was not true and also a check-in was after 3:30 which was too long to wait. Going to a 4 o’clock show and they had no help. Also, I was told I was gonna get a Lakeview and they wanted to charge me $100 more for Lakeview so Booking.com informed me of the wrong information.

the cigarette and musty smell in the INN part of hotel was nasty. very dated rooms and standard to more of a lower end stay rather then fee they charge. You are definitely paying for lake stay

we came for a beautiful wedding! it was great ,the venue and the staff,the details was perfact.the bride and groom was so beautiful and handsome! the view from#31 was fantastic!beautiful sunset over water .we will be back and will tell others what a great place to stay!

TOTALLY unacceptable!! I will never stay at this property again unless I'm given a room in a lakefront building. Also, barely any products for self-care, a small TV, NO breakfast included. The ONLY positive aspect of this property is the dock restaurant/bar.
