Continental breakfast was basically good consisting of eggs, sausage or Canadian ham, waffles, milk, English muffins, oatmeal, coffee, juice, etc.

We love to stay here when we come to the Villages. The place is spotless, the staff friendly, the breakfast yummy, and it is close to everything!

Update a walk in shower.

I stayed in this hotel for one week had to change room four times. They had sheets and blankets that had stains on them. I had hair in my bed so that meant that the sheet probably was never changed. I had a clogged tub clogged sink one room that they switched us to the floor was soaking wet. One of the staff members in the maid department stole my hundred dollar bag a gentleman at the front desk lied about my bag when he said the room had a do not disturb on it, and he could not go up and knock on the door when I sent my mother in there without them, knowing and there was no tag on the door. I called back that Monday to find out about my bag if they had found it the gentleman said he was going to ask the cleaning staff and call me back and never once has he called me back. I was walking on the floor and my feet were pure black without my shoes that we had to wear our shoes the whole time we were walking around in the hotel there was mildew on my shower that should have been cleaned in another hair up on the ceiling and on the wall of the shower the breakfast was not good either we actually would go out to breakfast each morning. The TV kept on going in and out with the sound in our last room we were in the AC did not work very well at all. We actually moved the bed away from it and it still was hot.. we were in room 417 415 then 429 and then 329.
