Excellent facility. Convenient and well kept. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location

traveling with small children, walk in showers aren't ideal. we arrived at 1am due to our travel ready to go to sleep, but we had loud neighbors and the problem wasn't resolved for about an hour but the staff was very helpful in getting a resolution.

Convenient location, clean and safe.

They get points for spacious rooms, ample parking, clean bathrooms, decent breakfast and great kitchenet! Could work on carpeting in the rooms, and the mattresses are kind of on the firmer side.

The hotel is conveniently located off of St Rd 26. The room and bathroom were clean. The room is a nicely sized room, and provides amenities in the room to allow you to stay as a short term guest. The room had amenities such as large refrigerator, microwave, small dishwasher, basic dishes and kitchenware as well as a coffeemaker. We also noted some gas grills at the outside patio. There were 2 nice patio areas. We also appreciated the well fitting darkening blinds. We did not utilize the breakfast or pool so can’t comment on that.

My room was much larger than expected, with plenty of outlets to charge my phone. The room was very clean and neat, and the TV even welcomed me by name.

The breakfast was amazing. They went above and beyond. I had just had stomach surgery and we were just passing through.

The ice bucket had a large crack in it. The bathroom door lock was not functioning. With a king size bed, 4 pillows instead of 3 would have been helpful. In the cabinet in our room, there was a zippered bag with extra sheets maybe? Almost seemed like dirty laundry? None of these issues changed our 5 star review, and we do plan to stay there again.

Everything was great until the front desk decided to use an impact drill and started drilling holes on doors at 3AM. Absolutely ridiculous. That should've waited.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Long lines and tasteless food. Went out for breakfast the second morning.

Our stay was amazing, and everyone was so nice until the next day at breakfast. The lady who prepared breakfast got her times mixed up and stopped cooking food and when everyone told her she got an attitude with us because she had to cook more food. Overall it is a great hotel

Staff was super friendly. The room was really clean. Great location! Nice area, close to shopping and restaurants. The pool area had no towels. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever had. Not many options for breakfast. Very small amounts of food ready for guests. I expect better from a hilton property.

The areas need improvements are: need water dispenser for water bottles. Hot cocoa available for kids. Hot coffee available all day long. More breakfast choices. The ice maker on our floor and 1 of 2 dryers was out of service. The washing machines were filled with hair and biofilm. Could use occasional enyme based washing machines cleaning cycle one a week to get rid of odor a d biofilm build up. Dryer taking a while to dry, two sessions. Most likely due to clogged dryer vents. Found lots of sand in dryer lint trap. Not sure why, but when we checked in, we didn’t get handed a welcome bag that contained water, crackers, chips, etc… While others did. So that was strange.

Clean room

Breakfast was great.but we had to clean some stuff in our room .bathroom door ,toothpaste but all in all it was a great stay

Everything was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, spacious quiet and safe surroundings!

Waited for 45 minutes for a check in and they didn't even offer me an extra bottle of water. When I requested a partial refund they refused vehemently. Terrible customer service. I was a repeat customer. But never again.
