Great customer service and location

The rooftop terrace was amazing, we enjoyed the indoor living spaces and took advantage of the private beach access for sunsets.

Fabulous boutique hotel

It was amazing. Wish I could afford to stay there again. I love Laguna beach

It was a lovely relaxed vibe. Staff were very friendly. Lady on the reception desk was really nice and had a lovely attitude. The valet could not do more for you and was very considerate about where to place our vehicle which made things really easy for us. The room had relaxing music and a lovely scent from the diffuser. So relaxing. Nothing much to add. Only feedback I could add was in the room there was a closet where the fridge and safe was. There was no door or covering over it. So upon entering the room it seemed odd and made the room seem slightly untidy. I think I would have either made this area more pleasing to see. A very minor thing being honest.

Everything, but especially the environment. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There were two lobbies, a beautiful open air atrium and a deck on the top floor to enjoy the ocean. No complaints

Quiet Very minimalist

There was no beach view from my room but the hotel yes. I was placed in an annex not the main hotel. The annex had a weird configuration. Only the valet/maintenance staff that I interacted were amazing. They made parking tolerable in an otherwise insane town for traffic. The room was very clean and had interesting features like a comfy robe and a diffuser. An amazing grocery store was across the street. The hotel is very well situated to downtown and the under construction promenade and the main beach.

Location was great and the quietness as well as the amenities. I did not like they had portable A/C units. They didn't cool the rooms down well and they were loud.

Loved using the sister hotel location at sunset with its nooks and crannies to hang out. My interior room. No windows to the outdoors.

Proximity to beach and shops/ restaurants. Nothing.

The hotel was really cute. It’s great for a little get away. We stayed two nights and walked everywhere

Great courtyard and common areas (little library, sitting area with fireplace).

Our family experience the best of both worlds (sister hotel’s beach umbrella/chairs & valet service) plus quiet & zenful hotel/apt luxury. Highly recommend for amenities and location to several beaches & downtown eateries in Laguna Beach.
