Great stay. Wonderful staff & management 👍👍😁

The room was not clean, the sheets and bed spread appeared very dirty. There were wires hanging everywhere and the outlet covers missing and or broken. WiFi was worthless and t he “premium” channels are whatever streaming appts you log your own info to. When we showed the bedspread to the maid she said it was stained from the red bed skirt and was clean. Someone else’s food was left in the freezer as well.

Bed sitting on frame that didn’t match it like king bed on queen bottom frame, shower knob was impossible to pull on felt like you were ripping pipe from wall, bed cover felt like a shower curtain, parking was a mess need grease to get car in and out of lot won’t stay here again

Cute property near lots of stores and restaurants. The unit we stayed in was in a bit of disrepair but very clean. Quick note for those traveling with pets: we brought our dogs because this place allows them. And, while dogs are allowed, I wouldn’t necessarily call it dog friendly. Not exactly welcome, but tolerated. Overall, a nice place for a quick stay.

We had such an amazing time here at Sleepy Hollow Cabins this year! We accidentally discovered this area last year on our way to Arrowhead and fell in love with Crestline, Sleepy Hollow cabins, and Lake Gregory. Both times we have gone our room/cabin have been clean and cozy. The staff members are so kind and helpful we really appreciate their attentiveness to their guests and property! I have been telling all my friends and family about this place and am so excited for our next adventure there!

All the furniture in living was mixed matched, they use metal patio furniture as actual furniture in living room.

Great location and atmosphere

Great place to stay.

The bottoms of my feet were black from walking on floor, not swept or mopped. Dishes had food spots from previous guests, patio furniture in living room, none of the furniture matched, small lumpy sofa, not rustic, just outdated and dirty

Reality, it is an old property with old & mature trees, buildings were also old but seemed to be well maintained, and parking is sufficient. Inside my room looked / felt clean, no dust. Bathroom and towels were sufficient, shower was easy to navigate, bed was comfortable, ac/heat was easy to understand and it worked well. Both microwave and refrigerator were small but worked.

Location, close to family in the area. Good water pressure and hot shower. Laminate flooring felt clean. Though the bar next door was loud, once we were in the room, it was quiet. We had 2 beds, one the sheets had cigarette burn holes in it. The other had dark stain circles on one side.

Very helpful staff. Cute cozy cabin. Close to the lake and town. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice room. However, if you stay at the hotel, don't take Room #1. It's close to the road and I started hearing traffic roaring past the hotel starting at 7 am.
