The housekeeping service was exceptional. Our room was consistently clean and well-maintained, with a constant supply of drinking water and all the necessary hygiene essentials. We also really appreciated the thoughtful sleep essentials provided to help ensure a good night’s rest on our last night, as well as the earplugs for the plane—such a unique and considerate touch! The transportation to and from the parks was also incredibly convenient and made our Disney experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. All of these little details showed how much care went into making our stay special. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and would definitely stay again!

Second time we have stayed here. Once was no kids. This time, we brought 2 kids and it was amazing! So much for the kids to do. So close to Disney. The room was impeccable. Housekeeping is the best we have ever had. And I’m a bougie hotel girl. Love this place and can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional

Excellent hotel. One of the best I have ever stayed at.

The grounds are beautiful and have so much to offer for both couples and families. We especially enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts, the kids club (open daily from 9am to 5pm), the large splash pad, the adults-only pool, family movie nights by the pool, and the pool and ping-pong tables located throughout the property. The walking paths around the resort are also perfect for relaxing family strolls. The staff was consistently kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making every stay feel effortless. The dining options are excellent, and we ate at Capa twice. We highly recommend stopping by (even if it’s just for dessert, it’s absolutely worth it!)

This has been the absolute best hotel experience I have had in a very long time. This hotel was very well maintained, the staff were superbly accommodating and every last person we met was extremely friendly towards me and my 5 year old son. The hotel is super kid friendly, the pools, lazy river were perfect for children and my kid LOVED the kids club! The spa experience was amazing and you are able to just enjoy the facilities even if you are not getting a service. The food at both the restaurants was delicious and even the room service was excellent. My son and I enjoyed breakfast and dinner in our room. The room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable! My son and I slept great!! The view of the fireworks from the room was absolutely beautiful. They also make it super easy to get to the Disney Parks. The transport buses are luxurious and comfortable. All in all, this place was 10/10 for us. We will be back and will plan to bring more of my family next time. Worth every penny!!

I specifically chose this resort over several comparable luxury hotels because of its reputation for exceptional service and the amenities that were advertised. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the level of service I paid for. Throughout my stay, housekeeping did not service my room twice daily as advertised. Instead, housekeeping often arrived late in the day after we had already returned, making the service ineffective and preventing us from enjoying the expected turndown and room refresh. Additionally, my family and I repeatedly experienced unnecessary questioning regarding our room number and reservation. Staff members also assumed that my reservation had been made through an agency simply because my confirmation was associated with my business email address. These repeated interactions made us feel singled out and unwelcome rather than valued guests at a luxury property. I also communicated in advance that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and was advised that the hotel would acknowledge the occasion. No birthday recognition or accommodation was provided despite those representations. Another significant issue was our inability to access and enjoy certain resort amenities. We were turned away from amenities because they were reportedly at capacity, despite paying

Our stay at the Four Seasons Orlando has always been exceptional!! The staff is amazing and friendly, and the hotel has the best amenities if you just want to stay around the hotel and not visit one of the Disney parks. I’m looking forward to our next visit already!!!

The operator doesn’t seem it’s like four seasons. Doesn’t compare to any four seasons worldwide. It’s functioning as a typical Disney hotel with the 24 hours dining option.
