It was a rainy weekend so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor facilities. Our room was beautiful. The only issue we had was with the breakfast we had-it was awful. I recommend going out! They should just have complimentary fruit, cereal and yogurt IMO.

The connected restaurants at nearby Geneva National are too inconvenient to go to, especially at night. The outside pool, bar and fire pit are excellent. The room also was very good.

The room was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big with a real shower (no tub). Only complaint was we arrived early (around 11:40 am) and was told room was not ready and was guaranteed to be ready at 4:00 pm. They were supposed to text us when it was ready but never received such text. Actual check in at 5;00 pm was slow due to only 1 clerk working.

We loved the outdoor pool and pool bar

The Marina was closed so besides hanging out by the pool, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. We really loved Emily at the front desk.. she was top-notch and we would give her five stars! So friendly and helpful!!!

Closeness to downtown Loudness during quiet hours

Everything was amazing. Got an early check in time, my pups were treated like celebrities and everything at the property was peaceful and clean

Location and design style The mattresses were old and sagging in the middle and the pillows weren’t luxury. Also the hallways need updating. They are going for luxury but it doesn’t feel real, there it’s just overpriced.

The only bummer this stay was how long it took to reopen the pool when storms were in/moved out of the area. There could have been more communication on that from the people making the decision, especially since that meant access to the steam room and sauna also was cut off. The staff did a great job of being friendly while everyone waited!

All was well with the accommodations, the restaurant, bar and amenities. However, I paid for my room through Expedia and yet the hotel tried to charge me for room again. Although I believe the charge will be removed from my credit card, I don't know why it was charged in the first place.

Staff was wonderful and made my wife’s 30th birthday amazing. They went above and beyond and left her a gift for our getaway. Great place

Only issue Labor Day weekend was the cafe either not open when it should be.
