The Resort at Lake of the Ozarks

booking website screwed up the booking dates after i triple checked to make sure it was right.....the booking site and the hotel both refused to even try to do anything about it and now im out the money and the hotel room for the weekend i wanted

Made me love the Ozarks again. Everything was accessible. Love the entertainment provided and the restaurant food is top notch.

Loved our stay. Modest but very clean rooms, we just had a basic room. The outdoor pool 21+ was fabulous! Could have stayed in it all day. Encore was great food and entertainment. Our waiter Noah was on his first day and he was great!! No complaints, great weekend!!!

The word “RESORT” in the name of this facility is misleading. This is a motel with small rooms, smaller baths and no closet. The AC worked but is antiquated. The included breakfast was a large assortment of cereal, toastable waffles and a few bagels plus fruit. No protein! The place has been renovated and was well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My only gripe really is the water pressure or lack of in the showers. Other than that was and excellent place to stay!

The first room we were assigned to the television quit working. The next room we were assigned to the bathtub drain was almost plugged.

The mattress in our room was horrible, it felt like some springs were broke in the box spring. We left a day early due to this. The swim up bar was delightful...the bartender was very sweet and resourceful. The room was clean. Although we didn't eat breakfast there they did have a small selection of breakfast items.

Floors were gross. Room had patched up spots all over. Pillow has blood on it when we first showed up. Staff were nice and helpful though.

A great place to stay on a hot summer weekend. Very clean rooms, great staff and easy walking to a great restaurant next door

The facility is very nice, however the owners are letting it go downhill. We stayed in the townhouse section which is only a couple of years old, but still showing some signs of wear already. The landscaping is full of weeds, which seems like an easy fix. The front desk staff seemed very disinterested in helping with any customer issues. The bar staff at the pool bar and the restaurant bar were all great. The facility was nearly empty on Wednesday and Thursday, but full by Friday evening which is what you could expect for a resort town.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating and the room was very clean with a wonderful view of the lake. The property was very well maintained and the pools, especially the one with the swim-up bar, were great to hang out at. We would definitely stay here again.
