The Encore Bar and Grill was very good, Food, views of the lake and the music in the evening, the swim-up pool is really nice, the rooms at the hotel are very clean and comfortable beds. The owners are very nice people, and the staff was great.

Location was amazing, swim up bar and bar deck were great as well, super easy to get to the strip/bars. Had no complaints.

Stayed here bc we were in town to see a band playing at Encore Lakeside Bar. The hotel is just across the parking lot so very convenient but I would only stay there again if I was going to the bar. The pool with swim up bar was nice but it was cool and rainy so didn’t use it. The bar is very nice and food was good. The hotel room was mediocre at best. Smelled musty and pillows were horrible. We had to switch rooms just to have a place to hang our clothes, as first room had nothing to accommodate hanging anything. My friends had to have staff change bedding upon arrival due to blood stains on the comforter. The staff was very nice and accommodating, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. Convenience was the name of the game for this trip.

Nice swim up bar. Poor quality on room.

They put an incidental hold of $110 on my card, but haven't released it. Check out yesterday. For some that definitely eats into the budget.

8.7/10 on Expedia? This place is not worth a stay. It sounds nice as they refer to it as a "resort". Don't stay here. It's an old motel with a nice name. Thin walls, super hard beds, terrible breakfast selection, old feel. Staff does what they can, but this place is a dump.

Staff was amazing! Loved the location. The view. It was a last minute book but the view from the restaurant was amazing!

It was a room to stay in... The swim up bar was neat. I reserved a king size bed in a large room and spent almost $500. I received a two bed small little room that looked like it had been poorly cleaned. There was a dried bloody booger on the wall and stains on the sheet. To say I was disappointed with this would be an understatement. I attempted to fix things with the hotel staff, and they just told me to call Booking.com who was also super unhelpful. We were reimbursed a total of 12 measly dollars which is a slap in the face. They said a manager would call us and I left a number. The manager never called and seemed to avoid us. I assume they do this to a lot of tourists. The room we received was more in line with what I would think a motel or a $100 dollar room would look like.

We stayed for 3 nights. There was an envelope in the room to tip the staff who was cleaning our room, however we never had anyone attend to our room-it was not cleaned and we never received new towels during the stay. For the cost, we felt the service was much less than we received at other places.
