Beautiful facilities and close to Encore and location was great! The bath tub didn’t drain so when we showered it would fill up with dirty drain water.

Shower water pressure was as issue, barely enough to get wet. Minimum amount of towels for our 2 day stay with no service. Very dated amenities

It was clean and staff was very friendly. The first room the a/c was not working properly but they quickly got us a new room. Swimming pool could’ve used more attention but still was good. It will have bugs from being indoor/outdoor pool. Concerts and bar were awesome. Amazing view. I was not aware we needed to bag our trash daily and put dirty towels outside the door everyday and then call and go get more. But not a big deal. Will stay there again.

My room was not set up well no armor to hang clothes or drawers for clothes. Couch crammed by bed and a desk chair on other side no desk! Breakfast was nothing, cereal and bread! For a resort I expected better breakfast as all the other hotels and resorts I have stayed at. If you are older be aware lots of stairs and 1/10 a mile to restaurant and pool. Desk staff , Red , was great. She gets 5 Stars. FYI you are charged 3% anywhere in resort for credit card and if you have trailer another $75 fee

The staff was excellent—friendly, helpful, and accommodating—and the grounds were well maintained and scenic. Unfortunately, the accommodations themselves were quite dated and inconsistent. Within our group, some AC units did not work properly, some rooms had no full-length mirrors, and others had no wardrobe or closet, leaving nowhere to hang clothing. The included “breakfast” was also disappointing. It consisted mainly of cereal, bagels, and basic continental items with no hot breakfast. For comparison, a Holiday Inn Express offers a much better hot breakfast and typically more consistently maintained rooms at a lower price point. The resort dining is also very expensive. A couple eating dinner on property can easily expect to spend approximately $100–$150 per evening. The location, scenery, grounds, and especially the staff were the highlights. However, for what we paid, the rooms, amenities, breakfast, and overall condition simply did not match the price. With some much-needed updates, this property could be a wonderful destination, but at its current price point, I would choose other accommodations.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful checking in. Breakfast was disappointing. It consisted of cereals, frozen waffles and bagels apples and yogurt coffee tea and juices. They really need to serve scrambled eggs and bacon. Lot of walking up and down stairs to the Encore restaurant. Our room was 1121 right next to the breakfast room and outside door. It was very noisy every time someone came in or went out. For a Resort I expected more, it was just okay

The staff is awesome. The property is clean. The food is awesome!

The room was ok. It definitely wasn’t the cleanest floors and could have been cleaner. This is not a resort either. Breakfast only was cereal and bagels so not really a continental breakfast…This is more like a motel 6. Air conditioner was great. Swim up bar was cool but the bar closed quite early in the pool.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay over Labor Day weekend and couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay here! It is conveniently located to great bars and restaurants, and the onsite food and entertainment was terrific. We had a lakeview room and were impressed with the size of the room, cleanliness, and the view. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Lake!

The rooms were nice. I think the free breakfast was nice. The staff when I spoke to them were extremely courteous and nice. I like that the resort is close to just about everything. I didn't like that there was no information in the room advising you about the housekeeping not coming into the room the whole time you are there unless you request it. I had to approach the housekeeping staff while they were cleaning another room to get some more toilet paper and towels about halfway through the stay. I was disappointed that we had to cut our stay a day early due to the leaking pipes.
