Please don't waste any time or money on this property. It was probably spectacular in the 80s, but hasn't really been touched since. The elevator did not work. The "breakfast" available in the morning was an absolute joke. The rooms were not clean and the bathroom door hit the toilet and would barely open/close. I would highly suggest not staying at this facility

The pool was very enjoyable as was the swim up bar. The staff on had was very friendly and attentive. The food and entertainment in the inner bar area was also very good and the staff friendly and attentive as well.
-
Pool was ok, a little dirty. Nice live music and outdoor bar.

Charged for the room multiple times and no manager available to resolve

We arrived around 9:00 p.m. because our flight was delayed. From the moment we checked in, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was rude, and we got completely lost trying to find our unit. When I called the front desk for help, I was told someone was on the way, but no one ever came. I eventually had to walk back to the office, and only after the employee saw me did she decide to help. She had been standing around chatting with friends while we were wandering the property trying to find our room. The property itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Considering the price, I couldn't believe what they were charging for the quality of the accommodations. I was also very uncomfortable seeing cameras positioned outside the balcony area, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy. After finally getting settled, we decided to eat at the hotel's bar. Unfortunately, that experience was just as bad. The chicken was dry and rubbery, and the food overall was disappointing. Our bartender, April, was one of the rudest customer service employees I have ever encountered. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property and staying at a reputable chain hotel instead.

The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort.

Breakfast is all convenience/premade items and the coffee was mediocre. You have options in the Lake of the Ozarks. Choose wisely. If we return, we will not stay here again.

Location was great! The view was great! Swim bar was very clean. Had a couple people with food issues from the restaurant/bar behind the facility. Staff was helpful and attentive, until we were leaving. Dismissed our legit feedback.
