So disappointed, this was supposed to be a new facility. How would you feel if the front desk- had to let you in And out of your room because they didn't have enough keys for their guests unacceptable. The first lady I met was nice. The next morning I went down and asked to see if they had any available keys. The lady was nasty rude, so I canceled my room stay

I like staying here but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything beside and above u… idk why they would build a hotel with no sound proofing at all.. it’s crazy! The people that stay here kinda suck.. just nasty people that don’t care about anything. Love the location and the staff is amazing! Idk how the staff deal with such crappy guests.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Before booking, I read several reviews, and I have to say that my experience did not reflect many of the negative comments I came across. In fact, the more recent reviews from August and September 2026 were accurate and aligned closely with what I experienced during my stay. One of the highlights was the convenience of the location. The parking was excellent, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Having a Walmart nearby was also a huge plus, especially since I took advantage of the in-room kitchen during my stay. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that the hotel does not provide cooking utensils, pots, or pans. Oh and also, you must request for an iron and ironing board at the front desk (free of charge). Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and well-kept, and I encountered none of the issues mentioned in some of the older reviews. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others. 10 out of 10 experience!

location booked for the kitchen in the room, which had absolutely no utensils glasses plates, coffee maker, pots, pans, or any items to use for kitchen. After requesting these items we were told that you had to rent or buy them. Further, we were told that most people stay longer turn there and bring their own kitchen items and utensils and equipment. Unfortunately, we were never told that nor is that noted on Booking.com in anyway. We never would have booked this hotel have any idea that absolutely nothing would be provided. We have stayed at many hotels around the world some with kitchenettes and have never experienced such a thing. we had to move to another hotel the next day.. staff was very nice, but could not rectify the situation other than to allow us to cancel our reservation early and move to another hotel

Good location Hotel didn’t have keys, the first night they had to let us in the room. It was the first hotel in a long time they didn’t have coffee in the morning.

The lady at the front desk over charge my credit card twice had a nasty attitude that charged was made on September 4th she charged me 170.22 twice on September 5th my card was charged 85.11 for and extra night the lady said I didn’t pay and said I had to pay again or leave so I left bc I wasn’t going to pay again when I already paid for a extra night The fact that from the fist night I got there my card had been over charged twice for the 2night stay September 4th and5th my check out was for the 6 but I paid again to check out on the 7th but the lady said I didn’t pay I ask her to call the young lady that took my payment she said she’s wasn’t calling nobody I ask her to call the general manager she said no

This property is new but it is quite spartan. It was like an IKEA hotel room. It has what you need but no extras. The towels were small and thin, no drapes no tissues, no carpeting so it was loud…that sort of thing. However, it served the purpose and the location was right.
