Breakfast was minimal. They were out of stuff and it wasn’t being replaced in the timely manner, but overall the place was very spotless. Well run and looked good.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We gave it a try based on other good reviews. We were not disappointed. Very clean and quiet. Good neighborhood. We stayed during a large softball and baseball tournament weekend and noise was not an issue. Good gym, however, was not cooled and was rather hot, would be my only complaint. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, good coffee. We would stay here again.

This was an amazing stay! They staff was never still. They were cleaning, sprucing, or answering questions. Prompt check in, elevators, and amazing breakfast!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and many different options to pick from as in waffles, pastry, cereal, and etc. I really enjoy the shower and the shower wash that was provided by the hotel.

Mattress probably needs replaced as you can feel a little bit of the screens.

We had a handicap accessible room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great. I liked the bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in bottles in the shower to use. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety hot food (eggs, meat,oatmeal, and waffles). Cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cartons of milk. Sweet rolls, muffins, scones. If you left hungry it was your own fault. We will stay here again when we come to visit family.

The property seems newly renovated and well maintained. Kevin was very courteous and very helpful during checking in. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean and quiet place to stay! Pet friendly!!!!!

Only negative was that none of the electrical plugs near the beds in either room worked.

Hotel was formally Hampton Inn. Now is Lakeville Inn. Still a nice place to stay clean rooms, nice breakfast, staff was helpful and courteous.
