Me gustó está muy lindo y románticos para parejas . El personar muy atento y amable . La comida 10 /10 muy rica .. no me gusta está muy descuidado y no todas las actividades funciona . El cuarto muy limpio y en buena. Condiciones

This was a surprise trip from my husband and he was very nervous, but he and I were so impressed by the beautiful grounds scattered with friendly deer and geese. The staff in the office were so helpful with every question we had. We had the meal plan which was well worth the cost. Full breakfast buffet along with the dinner which included soup to dessert! Simple choice like a great burger up to prime rib! The waiters and waitresses got to know us and were extremely friendly and fun. Rooms could have stood some updates but for baby boomers, we appreciated the nostalgia. When we requested room tidying and clean linens, the staff was very accommodating. We plan on driving up to see the leaves changing in October. Holidays seem fun with things scheduled every weekend. Splurge and really relax and enjoy. Life is too short. Boat ride was a great time too🍾💕🎉

Needs improvement

The maintenance of the property and rooms are really bad. There are spiders everywhere, they don’t clean the jacuzzi jets so black stuff comes out when you turn them on, and the floors left your feet grimy and dirty. I didn’t expect a five star hotel, but this was really bad. My partner and I also left in the middle of the night because we couldn’t take the unnerving atmosphere in the room we stayed in. Mirrors on mirrors are facing each other and it doesn’t help that this place is old.

I did not like that booking.com made an error on my room I asked for the champagne tower and I received a totally different room when I requested the room I was told that booking .com made the error and the room I requested was booked .

No one came and cleaned our room and the Jacuzzi was dirty i had to go out to something to clean. The staff was good just very short no clean towels..

Rooms need updating and our phone didn’t work. Clean and the people were nice has a lot to do there but the food wasn’t great.

I asked if I can pay to upgrade my room do to the smell staff member told me no rooms available when I went online to book it showed they had plenty rooms I would never come back this was a horrible experience for me , the toilet paper wasn’t a new roll either it was half way through and no new roll in sight, felt like everything was really old school molded and not functioning

Extremely hard to get the front desk on the call. Phones in the room were not working at all. The hot water pool in the room was not hot at all, complained three times to three people at front desk, connected the front desk through paradise resort, no face wash or body lotion ere provided in the room, our breakfast reservation was not showing in the computer system at all that we had to add manually. No hand soap in the washroom of the diner, no paper napkins.

I like that the property is very quiet, cozy, and has some really cool things to it. I enjoyed the free boat ride, the arcade at Spooner’s, and the breakfast was really good! (The one waiter, who was an older gentleman was fantastic! I wish I got his name) I especially loved the indoor pool/hot tub by the marina. That whole building is so 80’s don’t ever change the look of it!!! I love the 80’s/vintage vibe this whole property has to offer, but updating things that need to be updated should happen too. For example, there’s a lot of abandoned places on the property, such as cabins, hotel rooms etc. and you can visibly see buildings not kept up with, and leaks in ceilings etc. don’t change the 80’s vibe, just update some maintenance! (Some of the staff at Spooner’s could’ve been more friendly) Also, it was stated the lower level arcade was open till 12:00AM, it would be really cool if it was 24hours! I also wish they kept the gym in the former location instead of where the arcade is.
