Cove Haven Resort

Stuff from the breakfast and dinning. I’m honestly very disappointed with our experience at Cove Haven Resort. We drove about two hours to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and were really looking forward to having a nice, romantic getaway. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a disaster. I do want to say that the staff was very nice and friendly, and I appreciate their kindness. However, the resort itself is extremely outdated and did not feel like what we expected for the price we paid. The room and overall property could really use some updating and better maintenance. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Cleanliness is extremely important, especially when you’re paying for a special birthday getaway, and unfortunately, the room did not meet the standard we expected. It’s frustrating to drive two hours expecting to celebrate a special occasion and leave feeling disappointed. We were hoping for a relaxing and romantic experience, but instead, we spent a lot of money and time traveling there and did not feel that we received the experience we paid for. The staff deserves credit for being friendly, but management really needs to focus on updating the property and improving housekeeping and cleanliness. I hope they take this feedback seriously because the resort has potential, but our experience was nowhere near what we expected.

Happy hour and Spooners were great. Overall bathroom cleanliness could have been better. Jacuzzi was dirty and some jets didn’t work.

Very nice couple getaway

The room inside was nice and clean the outside was VERY RUNDOWN potholes in the parking lots and a lot of damage on outside buildings. Anything interesting was extra money and their giftshop was EMPTY maybe a few tables had some items but they looked like they were closing for good at any moment.

Fun and different

Only thing I thought that the breakfast was cold eggs and potatoes. Dinner has fancy names but it was slightly warm salmon with a tablespoon of rice . . Pricey with fancy names.

The property really needs a lot of maintenance, very old and the doors was dirty in the room , the walls inside the heart pool dirty. The food was good and the breakfast was amazing.

I had a wonderful experience at Cove Haven Garden! The atmosphere was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. The setting was well maintained, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend Cove Haven Garden to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to spend time.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned specially by the chimney. Also the ac/heather was making a terrible noise. Staff was nice.

The only good thing was the waitress sliene who was tremendously attentive.

And find out the hot tub in our room was disgusting I went out and bought a bottle of bleach and we put some soap in the hot tub and let it run If it’s draining it and trying to get off The film in the hot tub was unbelievable Perhaps the cleaning crew should be using bleach as soap and running the hot tub and rinsing again before cleaning again perhaps we will have a satisfied customer I purposely wanted a hot tub in the room for anniversary spending two nights there we were only able to take showers, not use what I rented the room for I know this establishment is old But you could perhaps keep your customers happy if you probably clean the hot tubs This review is going out on Facebook and everywhere I can reach unless I am contacted by the owners with some kind of reconciliation Don’t go there if you want to use the hot tub
