Hyatt House Denver/Lakewood at Belmar

Room 217 is near the laundry and you hear a “thumping” noise. Very annoying.

Location was great and room was fantastic.

Wonderful hotel !! Whenever we are in Denver we always stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms. We appreciated the free parking right outside the back entrance. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had several options. We also like that the hotel is walking distance to several shops ,restaurants, and bars, The added bonus is the great customer service you receive from every staff at the hotel.

Really good hotel. Great location and amazing staff especially Lance who went above and beyond for us when we had car issues. Only downside was the noisy air conditioning in our room but we soon got used to it

This was a excellent hotel! Felt very safe and the rooms were very quiet, the bed was comfortable and very clean. My kids were excited that check out was at 12. There was also shopping that was so close we walked to all of it

I can’t think of a negative thing to say. This was the best stay of our week long vacation. Breakfast was definitely the best one by far and rooms exceptionally clean.

Asked to check in early but no rooms were available. Did the check in process and they texted when the room was ready so all we had to do was get keys. Such a smooth process. Staff were great and the room was clean!

Awesome hotel. Very safe and clean. Breakfast was okay, could have been hotter in temperature. Ask for Kali, she was very helpful and had coffee ready by 5am. We will be staying there again.

Second time we have stayed here, and it did not disappoint. Very convenient location and the hotel is very clean and safe. The staff is very helpful and professional. The breakfast is hands-down the best hotel breakfast out there. Also love the convenience of Target next door! Will definitely stay again.

Stayed for 7 days & had 0 complaints. Rooms were quiet, staff was super friendly and happy. Amenities were great!

Stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks. Location was awesome, parking was easy and shopping and dining around the hotel had great choices. The only reason they’re not getting 5 stars is because the AC is temperature controlled throughout the hotel and would not go under 72 degrees. During our visit, the outside temps got up around 98, and the AC just could not keep up, so our room at times would be around 75 until late into the night making it uncomfortable to sleep

Nice place to stay close to shopping mall

This is a great location and overall a good place. We were there for the 4th of July. We were warned that on the 3rd that we needed to be out of the parking lot early because of planned road closures for an event. We were not aware though that these closures would be until after 11 pm which led us not getting back to our room until after midnight. Also, they were very busy with softball teams and other large groups but they were not prepared to serve everyone at breakfast. The breakfast staff were amazing but overwhelmed with demanding people and not enough food. Nor was the breakfast layout able to accommodate that many people. Overall, solid place. They do not control road closures or loud, obnoxious large groups.
