The place was beautiful, the room was clean. The staff was so nice, they showed us to our room. The only issue is, they definitely need more instillation. You could hear someone blowing their nose from the next room (awkward). Everything else was fantastic.

This was another amazing stay for our Anniversary! Beautiful grounds, amazing food and cocktails, gorgeous room. Thank you Leola Inn for paying attention to all the small details. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Clean rooms, great location, nice staff.

I had a lovely, relaxing stay here. Loved the pool and the grounds. My room was gorgeous (and huge!) - bed was super comfortable. I enjoyed using the sauna by the gym. Very reasonably priced.

We ate at the restaurant on site. Food was great and staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint was the counter lady at the coffee shop. She seemed to be a bit overwhelmed one morning. Making comments like looks like everyone got up at the same time. lol. She was a bit rude as well. That’s the only reason I gave the place a 4 out if 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a hidden gem and we will never stay anywhere else in Lancaster County. The property is impeccable and the room was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

There was a reservation error; however Christian remedied the error by upgrading our room. The room was gorgeous, we were more than pleased with the accommodations. Great job!
-
Very beautiful, it was quiet when we checked in & through out the evening. I loved the room with the jacuzzi , I will be visiting again.
-
Room needed updating. The carpet was buckled and needed to be cleaned or replaced. The furniture also needed updating. There was no iron in the room. There was no elevator and it was a bit challenging to get to the room with luggage. Grounds were lovely.

We had a quiet romantic stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to get away from their busy lives.
-
One of the TV’s was not working and they gave us a very generous discount.

We love this place, nice rooms, beautiful grounds , nice bar (and restaurant) and located in a beautiful area.

We were in the cottage by the SPA. The room was HUGE!!!! It had a walk in shower and I loved that it was so open. Nothing the hotel could control but there was a wedding and the people at the wedding were extremely rude - came in 1:40am screaming and carrying on. If there is another wedding I will skip the hotel, I didn't get much sleep Saturday night.
-
Lovely room and the staff was very helpful.

Upon arrival and being shown to our room, we shortly found out that our television wasn’t working when we called the Front Desk. Someone came down immediately and tried to fix it when they couldn’t fix it. They not only moved us to another room, but upgraded our room for the inconvenience way over and above for the small problem with the TV but greatly appreciated.
