SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tampa Suncoast Parkway

When I asked if someone could repair the broken bathroom?, I was told that the maintenance guy was out having surgery (on Saturday?!). I also asked for coffee supplies for the room. An hour later they brought ten coffee pod with no sugar or creamer. Then the maintenance guy showed up. I asked about his surgery and he didn’t know what was talking about. He fixed the door. Just an unprofessional staff at the desk.

The breakfast was amazing. The lady in charge even had gluten-free options for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. The girl at checkout this morning at 4:00 am got me a banana and yogurt to go. That kind of service doesn’t happen very often.

It was clean. The room was perfect. Breakfast was great. They even had gluten free choices for my granddaughter. Pool area was great. Nothing plan on returning.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Upon arrival we received water while checking in. Overall we had a great experience.

I enjoyed the peaceful environment there and I'd choose to stay there if I go to Land O' Lakes again. What I didn't like is that in my three nights there nobody went to clean my room. Very disappointed!

The concierge David and the dining person Nancy more phenomenal very attentive and knowledgeable. They made me and my family feel comfortable and valued this was a very great day. Your staff was professional and extremely friendly.

Nice and quiet! Very clean! We didn’t have enough towels and was clothes for two nights! No one came in the room while we were there

Check in a breeze. Room was extremely comfortable with all expected amenities. Grounds were clean and secure. Breezed through the breakfast area to grab some coffee for the road and it appeared to have a nice variety food.Will definitely stay again, hopefully for more than just one night so I can enjoy the pool and outdoor sitting area.
