Staybridge Suites Washington D.C.- Greenbelt by IHG

I always love staying here , but this time the bathrooms weren't up to par. There were stains on the walls in the bathroom, and ants in the kitchen.

Check-in / check-out was easy and quick. Good front desk staff. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many choices to choose from. I had a relaxing stay after some long work days.

Great rooms for people with physical limitations. Helpful for the senior citizens I was traveling with. Very nice breakfast buffet. Good location for University of Maryland. Will definitely try to book again.

A beautiful experience

My room was setup for my birthday and it was really nice! I am glad I asked if there were special services for it. I felt appreciated and seen! I forgot to tell them what kind of wine/champagne I wanted and they actually picked a sweet peach wine (one of my favorite flavors) by Cupcake that I will now be buying! The breakfast was ok, they didn't have the egg omelet and bacon until my last day so I was not able to sit and enjoy it. Also, a few of the tv channels were not available including BET, which seemed weird.

Check in and out process was quick and easy and the staff was lovely. The outside halls were very warm though and had a bit of a smell, a good clean of the carpet is needed. Also my sheets didn't look the cleanest it had some spots on them I could see.

The fridge was leaking and water was leaking from upstairs

Great location. Breakfast was solid, many options. I love there was a gym, laundry was free to use (got to buy your own detergent), basketball court was nice, I went out and shot some hoops. Staff was friendly. Room had an odd smell, wasn’t bad but didn’t smell clean, not a major issue. I’d definitely stay again. Oh yea the kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave was useful too All was good

The concept was nice The fridge was leaking and water was leaking from upstairs

It was a very pleasure stay everything was in order. Fast check-in room was nice and clean . Also it was quiet .. I will be staying here every time I come .

So much space!

I stayed here for my wedding weekend, the air in my room was not working so I had to wait on that to be fixed and they took my $150.00 deposit for a little bit of confetti being on the floor. I would not stay there again.

This was amazing for the price and being near DC without being in DC

Very good
