Very clean with a nice location to get in and around the city. Parking was always tight.

The breakfast had scrambled and boiled eggs, and both turkey and pork sausages. Yogurt, fruits, and potatoes were also available. People who like cereal and waffles could also get those. The breakfast was good enough that we did not need to go to a restaurant for breakfast. There is not much to say. The only thing I mentioned to the front desk was that the flags in front of the main entrance needed to be replaced.

We stayed here for six nights with our family of four, and overall, we liked the hotel itself. They were friendly and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were happy with the service. They genuinely cared about doing a great job. The (studio) room was a bit tiny, but it worked out fine for us since it had a regular bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen was small but useful. It had a full-sized fridge, pots & utensils, plus a dishwasher and free laundry in the lower level. We loved the complimentary breakfast, it was always fresh and nice. Another great bonus they have is a light evening social dinner on MTW. It’s a bit limited, but it's a great extra perk and we were able to catch a couple of them during our stay. There is a grocery store right behind the hotel, which was super convenient for food to cook. The only real issue is the local area's setup for walking. It is pretty far from the main attractions, not a significant sidewalks around if you want to go for a morning or evening walk. While that isn't the hotel's fault, the public transit setup was actually pretty scary for us. Public bus back to the hotel drops you off right in the grass. To get across to the hotel, you have to literally run across a massive intersection with no crosswalk or pedestrian lights while cars fly by at 50 mph. Doing that with two kids was terrible. The hotel itself is excellent, and very welcoming!!

The location was nice and the room was nice. The air conditioning in the rooms were not working. It was extremely hot all night long. The front desk was made aware but nothing happened.

My only complaint is that none of the gym machines worked. Other than that the property was flawless. Great breakfast too.

Hotel staff were nice. Room was nice and clean. Had a problem with the hot water. Takes about 10-15 minutes for the water to get hot.

Go-to hotel in Lanham. Will come again.

The parking was not adquate. Parking lot close to building was block. Depoist was not included on line making reservations. Recipient was not giving doing check out. Everybody do not have computer access to recieved recipient or review if depoist have been refunded to their accoint.

Got charged $150 damage fee for absolutely nothing. We checked in at 9pm , slept, and left at 7am. Hotel can’t tell me what was damaged. Stay far away from this place!

Upon walking into the room it smelled like someone had just smoked in it. I told the guy at the front desk and he said that he was going to have it sprayed. The shower rod was slanted as a result the curtain couldn’t stay up so there was a lot of water on the floor after shower. There were no housekeeping service,even though I asked for fresh towels and also asked to have the dirty towels taken out. The fresh towels came after two request and the dirty towels stayed in the room till my check out. The staff lacked customer service.

Excellent hotel, remodeled, modern, clean, lots of facilities, great breakfast. This was a hidden gem in Maryland. Will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect.
