- the room was specious. - free parking is excellent thing to have for a hotel near Washingtion - the breakfast buffet is nice Disadvantages: The hotel rooms seems old and require attention for routine maintenance

Mohammed was so so SO helpful! He made my stay so pleasant and looked out for us with the last minute accommodation. He’s the best!

The suite is spacious and clean. However, I didn’t like the smell in the kitchen which I believe came from the previous cooking done by the previous guests. This kitchen odor lasted from Day 1 to Day 3. It didn’t affect the smell in the bedroom anyway. I wish they could make each suite smell fresh and clean upon entering.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. My issues were with the staff. Our room safe was locked when we arrived but we didn’t notice it until the next day when trying to access it. I notified the desk and eventually after 3 calls and texts to the front desk, maintenance arrived 5 hours later and determined the battery was dead. He worked on it for a bit then left and said it was good, but still it wouldn’t open. We had to catch him in the hallway before he disappeared and this time he was able to open it. Breakfast Buffett was decent but there were ants crawling on the counter near the waffle station and on the chairs closest to the windows. After the Buffett closed we sat in the seating area enjoying our coffee and watching the news. We had leftover food in bowls we planned to take to the room but they don’t want anything leaving the dining area. One of the kitchen staff women began vacuuming and scowling at us. My friend noticed it and asked her were we in her way and she nastily replied “yeh” rolling her eyes. The area was not closed for seating so I was confused why she didn’t just ask us if we’d mind moving for a second because she needed to vacuum our space before she left. She was just unnecessarily rude. I saw her ignore another guest who asked for a banana. Her attitude needs to be addressed and I did tell the desk attendant, Petra ( I believe that was her name. Overall a decent stay but I’d try another location before returning here.

The room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was wonderful and parking was available

The place was nice and plenty of parking space. We had a suite snd it was good enough for all of us. I would definitely used Staybridge again, at that location in the future. The coffee wasn’t the best and could used a little upgrade, and same for the breakfast. We had kids, and their complaints were about no entertainment, they wanted to swim and there were no pool. All in all, it was a nice stay

We stayed here for six nights with our family of four, and overall, we liked the hotel itself. They were friendly and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were happy with the service. They genuinely cared about doing a great job. The (studio) room was a bit tiny, but it worked out fine for us since it had a regular bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen was small but useful. It had a full-sized fridge, pots & utensils, plus a dishwasher and free laundry in the lower level. We loved the complimentary breakfast, it was always fresh and nice. Another great bonus they have is a light evening social dinner on MTW. It’s a bit limited, but it's a great extra perk and we were able to catch a couple of them during our stay. There is a grocery store right behind the hotel, which was super convenient for food to cook. The only real issue is the local area's setup for walking. It is pretty far from the main attractions, not a significant sidewalks around if you want to go for a morning or evening walk. While that isn't the hotel's fault, the public transit setup was actually pretty scary for us. Public bus back to the hotel drops you off right in the grass. To get across to the hotel, you have to literally run across a massive intersection with no crosswalk or pedestrian lights while cars fly by at 50 mph. Doing that with two kids was terrible. The hotel itself is excellent, and very welcoming!!
