Not used to not having complementary coffee in the lobby

Very clean, loved the shower. Convenient to the capital building, very walkable area. Definitely would stay here again.

Usually would not bother me - but now have some back issues and a decent bed is worth it's weight especially when traveling. This is a first at a Double Tree for me. Won't keep me from coming back. Though I will check the bed - for anyplace I stay at. Room was squeaky clean. Otherwise very comfortable.

Clean hotel. Staff was ok. Walls are thin. Very noisy at night. Hard to sleep. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Parking and breakfast is an additional expense at this hotel.

Had a tv issue and it was solved by the desk staff

The one negative thing about the property is the the WiFi was unreliable.

Stay was great

The room was clean and the area was convenient.

Close to the Capitol Pool removed- kids want a pool. Our room did not have a tub, tub was requested. Front desk staff member was rude. The hospital was more run down and lacking than last year.

i had a medical problem could not stay would not give a refund. they also do not mention on site that they have no parking. parking garage you need to use is at lease $15.00 a day and depending on time of day you start food is limited coffee is pricey overall do NOT STAY LOOK ELSEWHERE butch

Very helpful staff and appreciate the 24 hour airport shuttle!

The information showed a pool but it was removed a few years ago. Parking for in/ot was $20 information showed $15.

I thought with the cost of the room it might include breakfast or other emmenities. Also there were additional charges added to my bill which I was not aware of.
