The Bed was not made the covers and sheets was throwed back on the bed,no trash bage in the cans

Our stay was good.

The elevator was not working so after getting up to the fourth floor, we had to walk down four flights of steps to leave which was rough with luggages. The front desk staff was very helpful during this time.

The front desk staff was so welcoming I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned each day. Towels should be replaced everyday without having to call front desk and trash should be removed each day of stay.

The room was nice and clean What was stated on my reservation was not what I obtained. Staff acted like they were clueless and couldn't achieve simple task.They made the staff a 5/10 experience

Nothing The room we booked is not what was given when we arrived. The hotel smelled like sewage, the elevators was not working, only one light was working in the room, the room was dark, the carpet smelled like old mop water, the shower was not clean.

LOCATION AND SERVICE ALONG WITH THE MORNING MEAL. THE FLOORS IN THE ROOM WAS STICKY AND THE BATHROOM HAD LITTLE BLACK DEBRIS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN VACUUMED UP BUT IT WASN'T
