Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort

Very clean room! The staff was so nice and helpful too. The outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice! We didn’t utilize the indoor one or the spa but that looked nice as well. I stayed there for an event and will definitely stay again m, if another event comes up!

Our room was very clean, spacious and felt brand new! The rooms were quiet, bed was very comfortable and MANY amenities on property available to guests!

Check in was fast and easy. Very helpful staff. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our view was gorgeous overlooking the pool and golf course. The pool was very nice. The waitress was great always checking on us. We will be back.

Which made me wonder about the carpet? Bed was clean though. Not much for amenities in room for bath, except for shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryer hardly put out any air. For almost $160 a night I expected a lot nicer room. Will not be staying there again. Tried to call front desk several times to have someone check on our air conditioner. To no avail, no one came, no one checked on it. Even left a message to have them call me back that didn’t work either. Looks like a case of understaffing. Like I said, I would never spend another night there again

Impressive property. Very clean high-end casino in Iowa. Fine dinner at Ruthie’s. Will stay again!

Bed was horrible, both wife and I woke up with back pains every morning for 3 days. Pool seemed to change rules daily on what you could do and not do. First day ordered a “bucket” of beer so they put ice in a Walmart sack and 6 beers. Second day we bought a little bag cooler and was told they don’t sell “buckets” of beer. I could buy six but they had to open every aluminum bottle. Wasn’t the case the day before. Never a luggage cart on day we arrived or day we left. If we even want to talk about the casino in 3 nights was never ahead of what I originally put in a machine and spent $1400. Plus never seen anyone win a jackpot on a Thursday Friday and Saturday night.

I only wanted a room for the night — but got much better with the views and the pool and a nice short order restaurant. The golf course looks great. Casinos aren’t my thing but others seemed to be having fun. Still, odd to find such a great place this in the far northwestern corner of Iowa amidst the cornfields!

The room was clean and comfortable

The Casin was ok. Nobody was winning. The machines took your money real fast and it wasn’t very enjoyable. Spent a $100 in 15 minutes and then I was done. The bar restaurant was ok. Only one person working. No buffets on the week days. The pool was the best thing! A little disappointed.

The food was great.

Woulda gave 5 stars to the staff but the gentleman who checked us in and out was rude, not real accommodating and even rolled his eyes at my wife.

This is a huge casino/hotel facility. Only stayed the night (and got in late) and didn't experience any of the dining or gambling, but it all looked clean and nice.
