Family Garden Inn & Suites

Room a bit dirty and bathroom neglected.

Excellent staff that was always very helpful and accommodating. Easy access to highway yet,Very quiet. Comfortable rooms and beds with small frig and microwave. Large screen TVs with 75-100+ channels. Walking distance to Walmart, Texas Road House and other restaurants. Shuttle is available. Rooms are very clean and are serviced frequently. Free breakfast with cereal selection and waffles. Excellent for short or longer stays.

2. The room was filthy. 3. I found a large number of bugs on the bed (and they were alive). 4. The noise from the air conditioner made it impossible to sleep. 5. Breakfast consisted only of waffles, bread, bananas, apples, and cereal. 6. It was unclear when the bathroom was last cleaned; there was a lot of water scale buildup. 7. It was the worst accommodation experience of my life.

Insane buffet at the resto...

No breakfast. They put me in a dissability room that had no chair or desk or any mode of comfort except the bed. It was a gray room with No pictures on the walls. I am NOT disabled. I would feel very bad for a disabled person paying for that room. There was no internet that worked. The front desk staff were not helpful with anything. They would not change me room or accomodate me with a refund. I have stayed in motels and hotels all over the US and in other countries. This room was so, so bad and so were the staff at the front desk.

Everyone was amazing. Met many families and truckers while the staff had social gatherings and breakfast for the guests. The high points on the map of the city was provided and I used it as a scavenger hunt. The drive around the whole town was a real sight. Still love the idea of how the garden atrium was put together. Thanks

Great stay, if we had stayed longer we might have enjoyed the amenities. Overall affordable and comfortable.

As I decide how to comment I don’t want to say anything negative but, the staff was incredibly helpful l.the grounds were very dilapidated! The airport shuttle was amazing The breakfast was just ok nothing special’ would have been nicer. If there was a little bit more to choose from there was a really limited amount of things. I had an issue with my TV clicker. It was attended to quickly and the phone in my room did not work so other than that I would’ve given the staff great praise, but the grounds themselves of the hotel needed to be brought up to par the air-conditioning units. Also in my room were very loud and obnoxious.. too hard to sleep. They just need to take care of rooms they just look very dated anyway the place was very clean. Other than that.
