Hampton Inn Laredo

Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is not good. The room we were assigned had a very noisy air conditioner, which made it impossible for us to get a good night’s sleep. We expected this hotel to be a better option, but considering the price, it was not worth it. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Totaly unacepable we need to cover fee for par king lot daily

Everything, breakfast, location, got the ground floor, etc. Room 118, very hard to lock the door. The deadbolt was hitting the strike-plate. Not sue if the hinge screws were loose, or what, but the door was hanging down enough that the deadbolt was not lined up with the strike-plate (the plate with the rectangular hole the bolt goes into). I has to pick up on the door handle to raise the door to get it to lock, and even then I could tell the bolt was scrapping on the plate.

Good location. Near restaurants.

It was good. The associates were nice.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.
