Good service

Spacious and comfy room.

Everything, breakfast, location, got the ground floor, etc. Room 118, very hard to lock the door. The deadbolt was hitting the strike-plate. Not sue if the hinge screws were loose, or what, but the door was hanging down enough that the deadbolt was not lined up with the strike-plate (the plate with the rectangular hole the bolt goes into). I has to pick up on the door handle to raise the door to get it to lock, and even then I could tell the bolt was scrapping on the plate.

Good location. Near restaurants.

It was good. The associates were nice.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Areli from the reception staff provided outstanding service, clearly explaining the services and breakfast details. The breakfast service was also excellent, and the hotel has a superb location.

El Hotel es PET Friend , pero había marcas de orina de perro en la alfombra y algunas croquetas , eso indica falta de limpieza en la habitación

Carpet in the room needs to be replaced it’s old and has a smell and they know it because they had a clip on air freshiner on the mini spilt vent

Todo muy bien en cuanto al hotel y sus instalaciones. Lo unico que le falta mejorar un poco es el desayuno, ya que no tiene mucha variedad.
