The hotel smells like sewer when walking in.The room we were staying at the water went in when it rained.Made a puddle.The floor was dirty like they didn't sweep had crumbs.The lotion was leaking that they have hanging on wall.There was lotion all over countertop.The shower faucet you had to tighten it real good in for it to stop dripping.The floor was all soft felt like if I made one step I was gonna go down to bottom floor.Plus,it smelled like damp in the room.Im guessing water is going in most of the rooms.The one next door was the same.Also,us and other people kept having problems with the key being deactivated not only 1 time but multiple times.One of the ladies the first one didn't even stand up to greet or help make the reservation.We had to go stand next to to her while she was sitting all the time.We asked for towels they were clean but all stained.Makes you think what they used them for.The pool had broken glass bottles in it.was lucky we didn't get cut or my family.I don't think I would come back to this hotel in future.

Problems with doors

No hot water, anytime during our stay! Would not reimburse our money if we left before our reservation due to their inconvenience of not having hot water for bath or shower, didn’t matter what time of day it was. Staff was courteous and polite.

They need to fumigate there's a lot of roaches crawling by the bed . We always stay in the weekend and barely last weekend we started getting rooms with roaches by the beds? it was my favorite hotel but I feel the ladies who clean don't clean as they are supposed too .

Breakfast was ok Room A)C was not cooling at all let Receptionist know as per conversation was aware of issue room always have the problem with A/C. She assign another room. In the morning around 10:00 A.M staff knock at room for reminder for check out at 11:00 A.M.
