I would like to start out by saying this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When first arriving, the bartender at the front bar ignored us for so long that we had to walk away- not a good start to the trip. The front desk could not answer any of our questions and did not even attempt to get answers. The rooms service was only available once during our four-day stay with no explanation as to why it was not available. The pool was beautiful- the pool staff was rude. $130 was charged to our room by a different group even though I personally handed our check to the waitress because I knew it had our room number on it. When I saw the charge, I called the front desk and the woman (this was on Monday Aug 3 @ 9:50am) was so rude she said call back in ten minutes and HUNG UP on me. When we went down there she was even more rude. I will say Daniella and Aaliyah were very nice though. The maids never came to our room and no-we did not have the DND sign on but they DID come at 9 am when were naked getting dressed TWO HOURS before checkout! On a positive note, the staff at the spa and valet were EXCELLENT! I will never stay here again. I have not left a review on yelp or google yet but that is probably next. Also, Daniella did refund the $130 pool charge that another group somehow was able to sneak on our check. The staff (esp bartenders) complain about their jobs way too much in front of customers. I have never left a bad review in my life but I could not refrain.

Great place to stay, everyone is helpful and staff is nice!

No complaints. Good food

The stay was good. We did have an issue with the occupants in the room next to us having a party with loud music starting around 1:30 am. We called the front desk and they sent security up pretty quick and they shut the party down. We felt the situation was handled in an acceptable time and manner. Will stay here again.

It was amazing. I loved how the check-in is separate from the casino. The room was super clean. The pool was beautiful. The staff was awesome. I will definitely be staying there a lot more.

Room was decent but sheets had some small stains, ceiling was splattered with something. Aliante pool hours are 10am-7pm and are strict on not allowing anything to be taken down (pool toys, floaties, coolers, food, or drinks). Food court at Aliante has very minimal options.

This hotel gets worse every time I stay here- mostly hotel staff is not knowledgeable or the amenities are very limited- pool closes at 7 in the summer on the weekend! I am just disappointed it could be a great hotel

Ideal location if you need a place to stay while the A/C gets fixed in your North Las Vegas home. The pool was warm and there were plenty of lounge chairs under umbrellas on Thursday. The bathroom door takes up a lot of space in the bathroom. At least one light bulb was out in each of the rooms we stayed in.

Great experience definitely worth the money!

Awesome staff, clean room, and overall good experience! The biggest thing was our bathroom faucet didn’t work :(
