Aliante Casino & Hotel

The good: 1. Rooms are beautiful, modern & clean. Great views too. 2. All hotel staff, from door man, bell hop, front desk, pool bartender were very friendly & helpful. 3. Pool & hot tub = fabulous. 4. Brand new restarant (Render) was fantastic. Shout out to our waiter Dennis. One of the best experiences in recent memory. 5.. Overall a very nice place with reasonable rates . The BAD & UGLY: I am making an accusation and intend to file a police report to hopefully focus attention on this disgusting fly in the ointment. We ate at the Salted Lime our second night with a party of 7. The food was OK at best. The service was absent. Two people had to go to the bar to get the drinks they ordered, one dish was delivered late. We handed our waitress three credit cards to split the bill. One of the parties never got his card back. We did but the next morning we got several fraud alerts. Three purchases made for almost 2k. This was the only time during our trip that this credit card left our sight or our hands. The other party went back the next day and asked for his card back. He was told they had turned it into security. When he went to security, they knew nothing about it. Draw your own conclusions but we know what we know. Guess it takes just one bad hire to stain the reputation of an entire establishment. Too bad. This waitress needs to be fired quickly at the very least. Arrested & prosecuted? Yes

The downside, repeatedly, is in the details around room cleanliness. This time I was put in a room that had not even been cleaned. Checking in at about 11:30 at night, they wanted me to wait while they got somebody to come clean the room. When I resisted, they did move me but it wasn't their first choice. The second room was cleaned. In both rooms you can see that maintenance should be done. The furniture is getting a bit old with stains on upholstery and the bedding is not as supportive as it was a couple years ago.

Rooms are beautiful. My mattress was soft and probably needs to be replaced but that could be preference. Rug could be shampooed. All in all clean and I would stay again.

First the casino was right and not fun. The hotel was clean and the staff were great! The pool is only open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm which was frustrating. To get into the tub/shower you need to be able to pick your leg up 24” and feel long on the inside. So if you are short or have trouble lifting your leg ask for handicapped room.

The sink clogged and it’s a bit hot in the room, the ac doesn’t work that well.

Clean and staff was friendly

Check is smooth, valet is awesome, room was good, and the gym is great!

One pool waitress made us feel rushed, telling our group to “put your entire order in at once.” We paid $150 for the cabana and tipped. Everyone else was friendly.

The property was clean and rooms are modern, but the tub was very high (above my knees) and could present a fall hazard. Also, overly zealous security on grounds really made stay less enjoyable and $50 breakfast arrived cold, including coffee. What passes for a "spa" was also VERY disappointing. Besides massage rooms, just a non working/ cool steamroom and nail salon. Pool was nice. Stayed here as I have family in North Las Vegas, but Uber visit savings were less than expected. Won't be going back.

The hair dryer cord was too short, & self parking too small

Arrival went smoothly and even had an early check in to make it to spa appointment. A little disappointed the sauna was only on the Men’s side, the relaxing room was ok but the chairs were uncomfortable & had people walking through A LOT. The services I purchased were all absolutely amazing though! It wasn’t a super busy resort so getting into dinner was easy. MRKT was delicious.. drink was awesome. Checkout was a breeze and I would return again!!

The room was clean and didn’t smell like smoke as other hotels in Vegas do. The staff were polite and friendly
