Arizona Charlie's Decatur

Nothing Front desk staff were rude and didn’t understand booking and over charged me 157.97

Customer service SUCKED.

Disappointing

Check in and room was not clean at all they gave me a durty room I complain ans the manager made it better with another room

Very good

Annoying that the app says fees are included and they still charge you a resort fee.

The girl at Dunkin Donuts was friendly. The place was filthy. The room had trash under the a/c unit, sawdust on the bathroom shelf where the towels were sitting clearly indicating it hadn’t been wiped down, a very dirty bathroom door, carpets that felt strangely sticky, and a large dent in one of the beds. No microwave. The safety bolt on the door did not work. Hallways were all very warm. Overall I would not recommend staying here.

This location convinces

Upon entry I checked the window to ensure that it locked, lock was broken and window could easily be opened from the outside. Call the front desk to report, a lock was quickly installed.

a fridge in the room was a welcome surprise.

Ice machine is out-of-order on both floors. Refrigerator didn't chill my water, knoub is broken.

Superb

Very nice just very easy hotel to be at

Room was refurbished and clean. Smoke smell was bad but it's a casino with low ceilings so that doesn't help. Italian restaurant was tasty. All staff that I interacted with were friendly. Outside grounds could use a really good pressure wash.

Always a good time

The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was good.

The room was fairly spacious and had all the basic necessities such as a large bed, table, storage space and a safe. The air-conditioning system, whilst very dated, did work well and at a time of very high temperatures, The rooms were clean, but have not been remodelled or redecorated in any way for years. Housekeeping was available each day but it does need to be requested. The air in the corridors and rooms was stale. The hotel does have the benefit of an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub and this was open from 10:00 to 20: 00. The hotel is for from being a resort but makes a high Resort Fee which is very unpopular with guests. You receive next to nothing for this fee, though there is no parking charge. Arizona Charlie's is unfortunately pricing itself out of the market.

Only downside, my room was not cleaned every day. Per front desk we have to request it?
