Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Airport

Excellent staff and great breakfast.

Very clean room. The sound of all the planes coming in and taking off did not wake me over night once. Parking was $7 per night which is not expensive however I feel like it should be included in the room cost. Breakfast was just okay, I wish they had more meat options and fresh fruit.

Everything was great except for the pic up from the airport. It took 55 minutes. The counter help was apologetic but because of the late hour we were picked up it seemed a little worse.

I would stay here again. Everyone was great and friendly.

It’s our second time staying in this hotel and we feel safe and welcome every time we stay there. Also the Breakfast kitchen stuff was amazing! I think her name was Maria

Breakfast was good. Nice hit meal. Large variety of food options. Our initial agent at check in was not very friendly. We checked in around 12:45. She said there were no rooms ready. She said we would need to come back after 2p. I asked if she could call to let us know when our room was available. She didn’t even look up when she said “no, just come back at 2”. When we did come back the new agent (Bri) was very nice and pleasant. Very friendly. She did inform us the room was on the airport side. We were not impacted by noise. The day agent at check-in. She really could have been more pleasant when teeing a guest that a room was not available.

The overnight front desk agent Don was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of space to sit even when the dining room was full. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken, but I was able to get ice on the lobby floor.

my shower was leaking. Informed front desk on day 1. they sent maintenance on day 2. shower was still leaking when i left on day 3.

This place is nice and clean. But there was a problem with noises coming from the bathroom vents. hardly got any sleep one night. they said there is nothing they can do about it.
