Phone in the room did not work. Had to use the one in the water room(toilet) informed the desk, was told they would not be able to fix until the next day or so.

Tev staff what very rude to me since the day I got there I called because I need it something they never call me back or let me know I ask for them to get more towels I never got it The staff

The room was lovely, the staff went above and beyond, and the property was gorgeous. They even gave us chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversay vacation

No breakfast included but restaurants are open 24/7 so many options. Great bargain and great amenities

The service was excellent, the rooms very pleasant in general a great place to stay if you don't want the buzz and noise of the strip, the surrounding are great for fine shopping and dinning

I am docking two stars- only the main pool was open and it was maybe 70 degrees-it was TOO cold for anyone to use which was HIGHLY disappointing considering it was 100 degrees outside. I am docking a second star due to requesting, well in advance, along with a reminder, a fridge for our room and it was never delivered.

The pool here is fantastic, there is a lot to on the property and tons of food choices.

Exceptional

The bed was very comfortable. I booked a room with a city view ( Las Vegas strip). I paid for that and wherever I looked by the window the view was very disappointing. For the 1st time I’m very disappointed with Booking because I paid the price to get a view and I didn’t. Parking lot everywhere instead. If I knew I would have booked a regular room.

Decent hotel, lacking a bit in character but room was large and comfortable. The poolside food was good but quite expensive. It's about 30 mins from the Strip which is a plus and a minus. Uber rides were $40-$50. Wifi was extra $10/day and minibar was also incredibly expensive. No way to boil water in the room so...Starbucks which was in the hotel but again $$. Pool had the greatest number of guards I've ever seen (9 at one time) but opening was pretty limited-so no swims before or after work as pool was closed. Gym was decent and well equipped. Nothing there would make me rush back but nothing was terrible either.
