Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa

Sewage smell for entire first day. Couldn’t sleep. Hotel moved me day two but didn’t refund me for day 1. I reached out to Expedia to help and no one solved it for me.

It’s worth noting headboards are cloth and the beds are low the sheets hang to the ground when they are not tucked in.

We come for 10 days every summer and split our time between Red Rock and a strip hotel. Every year we increase our time at RR over the strip. Just book it!

The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the sunset and pool from the 10th floor. Rooms service was yummy every order. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Great staff interactions during both the check in and check out phase of our stay. Love staying at this place when we decide to get away for the weekend.

Perfect getaway!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa! The room, resort and pool area were so clean along with such a pleasant staff. We were able to eat all our meals in the restaurant with so many restaurants to choose from as well as a food court. This was our third time staying here and we will definitely be back.

We booked a staycation here and celebrated a birthday. The room was clean and nice. Towels we hard as a rock and hard to come by. Booked spa treatments and they failed to notify us that the massage specialist went home sick, so only one member got the treatment. The food for dinner was excellent at the Italian restaurant.

I also had an issue with taking a Lyft from the Hotel to the strip. Concierge was unsure how to guide me to find my pickup ared for my Lyft ride. That caused me EXTREME anxiety and couldn’t communicate with my driver until they were enroute and extremely close to my pick up time. Perhaps sett a ride share area pick location for the East and West Valet area. Easier for guests to locate if decide to get a Lyft/Uber to use for transportation. Other than that it was awesome!!!!

My room was comfortable and clean. Loved the restaurant options, and the offerings in the VIP section. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend!

Although we cranked the AC down as far as it could go and left it there, our room was still warm. We kept the blackout curtains closed during the day to help mitigate the heat. The shower was small and moldy. All of the handles on the drawers were sticky, so much so that I had to wash my hands to get rid of what transferred to my hands. The in room safe was a joke. It would not even hold my purse, which is of average size.

We didn’t like that there was no adult only pool the days we were there. Our toilet kept running which was another issue.
