3 day lack of maid service

Wish I would have stayed all 3 nights here. Lovely place with very lovely staff!

We loved this hotel/resort. Really felt like we were on a holiday ….. everything about the room and hotel was clean , staff friendly. The he pool area and staff there were outstanding. If I had one negative it would be that the cocktail waitresses in the casino were not available all the time. Minor, but still an issue.

Get rid of resort fee. Get rid of the drinks in the refrigerator. I couldn't put my food or drinks in the refrigerator. Ridiculous! Ive to pay $15 a day for what I should be able to use

The conference attendees were threatening to us we they heckled us; we feared for our lives!!!! We had to isolate in our room! You should have told us this was happening in these dates! We told security and they asked us what WE DID!!! I’m writing a review as soon as I’m home!

On the phone, very polite and informative. Disliked: 1. Pool close at 7 PM? 2. Not informed about the total expenses before I arrived. 3. Not told anbout all the amenities, such as the do not switch and how it worked. 4. Not giving water at reception.

I struggled a bit with the dark lighting, not only in the lobby/casino, but also our room. One thing I had a real problem with is the very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the casinos. I understand that people may like to smoke as they are gambling, but it was more the fact that to go to any restaurants, one has to walk through the casinos. I think they need to work on better air purification in this area, or a separation of the area. Beds were too soft....always woke up with a bad back. PROS: All of the employees were very helpful and kind.

The VIP Lounge access was a wonderful perk, with beverages, fresh fruit, and snacks available throughout the day. The property was beautiful, and both the hotel and my room were exceptionally clean. Check-in was quick and seamless, making for a great start to my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Red Rock Hotel & Casino again. Highly recommended for both business travelers and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Hotel was so clean. Great location, free parking and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Will definitely recommend and be back!

I have been staying here for the past 18 years, I take my daughter here for the past 11 years. I love the resort. I wish the pool was open earlier and later. It’s so hot during the day so night swim would be so nice like other resorts, closing at 7 pm is a total bummer.

The best part of our stay was the convenience of having the movie theater and bowling on-site, which the kids really enjoyed. Unfortunately, those positives weren’t enough to make up for the overall experience. We expected much better from a resort like Red Rock.
