Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino

Convenient location, easy access. 5 floors hotel, we were at the top. 1 broke elevator that didn't seem to cause too much congestion on the one remaining unit. Beds were ok, though I have had better, bumpy and soft, with harder style pillows. Overall great food choices inside the casino, friendly staff. Wish the rooms didn't have carpet as it looked dirty. As others mentioned the toilet area is very tight to get to TP. If you are a bigger sized person this could be an issue to even fit on toilet.

Outdated hotel. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care about some issues with our room. ( sink that didn’t drain and boogers on the shower curtain from previous guests). Both were eventually taken care of but it seemed like they were viewed as every day occurrences.

Everything about this hotel was great! The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It has a lot of amenities to entertain you.

Clean room and friendly staff.

No microwave, but there was a refrigerator, and the room was clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Good food available 24 hours a day and between 11 PM and 6 AM every day at the Brass Fork restaurant, they offer a very inexpensive small selection of meals.

Quick and easy check in and out process. Many many good options and entertainment.

A beautiful clean property with a very nice room, amenities right at your fingertips good food good stuff good everything. Loved it.

I’ll never stay there in. It was filthy smoke filled. The bathtub was dangerous no bath mat. And no coffee pods in the room.

The room updates make Santa Fe Station a very pleasant stay. We had no hint of smoke on our floor, unlike previous stays there. The common areas still need some refreshing but what’s there is always clean. The food options are just okay but not bad. Free parking is a bonus. Overall, with its bargain prices Santa Fe Station is hard to beat if you’re staying in the northwest Vegas area. Limited food middle of the road food options. The little store doesn’t have much to select from beyond bare essentials.

Clean. We had to walk around to find someone that worked there for directions.. we were told that what we were looking for was just around the corner? There's a 1,000 corners!

Such nice people and got everything done quick. Clean and quiet. Would stay here again for sure.
