Wifi could be better for free.

I despise them taking $150 of my my money and holding it for a week after I check out. It shows they have a lot of skips. That should be shown BEFORE I decide to stay there. It was not!

For the price point wanted to be closer to the airport. It was okay. The carpet needed to be in desperate need of cleaning was running around barefooted. Went to clean off my feet. My feet were black. The beds look nice and clean, but it definitely needed a good carpet cleaning The property looked to be okay

The shower was such a refreshing experience. I don't know what type of shower head you guys use but the power of the water pushing out of the shower head made it that much more of an invigorating experience.

First, I booked a 1 night stay, utilized their extended parking allowance for 7 days then returned for another 1 night stay upon my return to Las Vegas. Upon checking the staff were very professional and friendly, but gave me incorrect information about extended stay parking. You MUST complete paperwork even though you are a guest at the hotel. This led to a tongue lashing by who I then considered an aggressive shuttle driver who was going to put me off the shuttle 6am! because I didn’t complete paperwork. Folks, he’s really a marshmallow so don’t intimidated or feel as though he is intentionally being rude. He ended up ensuring my vehicle would fine and gave me a ride to the airport. Now let’s address my return. I checked into the hotel and told they gave my room to someone else. But the Freon desk clerk went over and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was able to view a different room and choose between the room reserved and another option. Again, DO NOT EXPECT THIS FEOM THIS HOREL OR ANY OTHER IN VEGAS OT USUALLY DOESNT WORK THAT WAY SO DONT ASK LOL. Checked into the room already reserved had the clerk document the odor of cigarette smoke. There were little black pellets underneath the top spread. I thought it was lint, but it wasn’t. Told the lackadaisical clerk at the desk that morning but she didn’t care. Told security and they were on it! Sent msg to new President and Property Dir.

Didn’t end up staying at this room

The room was okay. Clean beds but the curtains were grossly stained. The bathroom was all dirty and scuffed up walls. I only needed to sleep for 4 hours. Casino was run down with a lot of rift raft hanging out. The morning shuttle- driver opened door exactly at 5:01. He did help with our luggage. He was nice. The shuttle was run down as well. You get what you pay for.

Staff was rude, security was harassing me, housekeeping never cleaned my room. Had to wait 3 hours for pillows. The pool was nice but that was the only good th8ng about the visit.

Not a place for kids

Everything was fine. I could get the complimentary shuttle from the airport. The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit small. Only thing to complain is the internet seemed off in my room in the tower building. Either the hotel internet or my own phone internet did not get much signals. I came complain to the front desk, but they was not able to help, but gave me a number to call. It was my last day, so I did not even border. They have the first floor casino which has slot machines, and some table games. They have restaurant in-house Denny’s which is good and faster service than before. However, no food delivery inside the hotel. You have to come to Denny’s to eat/order. The pool area has a hot tub and a big swimming pool. They have parking lot in the front and multi-floor garage in the back.
-
The front seat was right next to the smoky casino and hard to hear the attendant because of the bar with a live Tejano band beside it. By the way I enjoyed the Friday night live music and Denny’s restaurant on the second floor was good. I thought the pool was enjoyable with all the palm trees. Most disappointing was at check in at 9:30pm we were given a dirty unserviced room with 2 unmade beds and used towels and trash that the maid did not clean from the previous guest.
-
It seems the room had à dirty carpet and short on basic maintenance issues
-
World class service! Affordable price!
-
This looks like a place no one wants to be in. Old carpets, dark hallways, and the pillows were terrible - still have a stiff neck. Not staying here again.
-
The walls are thin and not a great place to get sleep
-
Pool and entire pool area was unexpectedly closed due to a structural problem. No refund on resort fees were offered.
-
Comfy bed, spacious room. Plenty of towels.
-
only like parking was free no fridge in room and washroom to small
