Location, ambiance Rude staff, poor resolution of issue with booking

More stuff to do than you can image within this entire hotel/casino complex. However, many people, including me, were lost it was so big. I was looking forward to looking out my suite windows and seeing the Las Vegas lights; instead I only saw air conditioning equipment from all three rooms. No coffee maker, no microwave, and refrigerator is full of stuff to buy* and no room for anything We brought. Room service deliver for lunch took 1 hour, 45 minutes. I understand -- all this is by design. You want people out shopping, eating in your restaurants and gambling; not in their rooms. *the refrigerator door in room 5-817 was partially open when we arrived. I pulled out a bottle on the door to feel how cold it was. Then I put the bottle back. My mistake -- that cost me $65 since I pulled the bottle out of its spot.

I loved everything. It was my 3rd time there and this time brought my son a daughter in law. Amy at check in was phenomenal An adult only swimming pool would have been nice

The Hotel itself is beautiful with the canal shops and Venetian theme, we liked the size of the rooms and the location It was so over crowded, the staff was overwhelmed, and understaffed, especially in the pool areas. We were surprised by extra charges at check-in for "connecting rooms" and had to explain that we booked one room, not 2. The pools were also super busy, and the pools themselves we super dirty.

The family interconnected rooms, with loads of restaurants and a connected mall. Location right @ the vegas strip, walkable and accessible to all directions and attractions

The location and the hotel Couldn’t bring a cooler in the rooms. Very expensive.

Comfortable Check in time

Connected rooms was a nice set up. Close to The Sphere. Black Tap (burger and shakes restaurant) was amazing. Breakfast at the Bouchon was great! Took a few hours for our luggage to make it from Bellhop to our room. When asked, a woman rep near luggage yelled at me when in line to ask to carry my luggage. She stated, “it’s probably already in the basement.” Weird statement since I just walked from the car a few feet from where our luggage was. Took 3 hours, 2 phone calls, and two text messages before our luggage arrived.

Beautiful facility and location I like everything about the property. I was disappointed to hear the rooms that I booked through your website had no view at all. But th To move my rooms around for an extremely minor fee in order to have an excellent view of the sphere

We use to love the Venetian but maybe 10 years ago. Would now stay at the Bellagio. There was poo on the toilet seat from another guest. Was taken to numerous rooms one that stank of drugs. The whole experience was disgusting - hotel said they can’t give refund because booked through booking.com so couldn’t help me. Learnt a lesson to book directly at hotels. Rooms were all dirty and the last one we moved to had a used q tip behind the door.
