Holiday Inn Express & Suites Latta by IHG

Bathroom shower shelf was broken. Smoke detectors set off the fire alarm at least three times during our one night stay...afternoon, middle of the night, and then the next morning. Breakfast was good.

Staff knocked on the door a little early for my taste. Other than that. bed and kind staff.

ARRIVED INTO LATTA SC. THE DESK CLERK KEPT US ADVISED THAT POWER WILL BE RESTORED BY 8:15 PM, And at 8:05 pm the lights came on. It was a pleasant stay very comfortable and the Saturday AM BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT ! PLEASE THANK YOUR STAFF MEMBERS THEY HAVE A GREAT TEAM ESTABLISHED AT THE LATTA SC LOCATION. THANKS AGAIN JOE KONKOLICS

I was very unhappy on July 11th the lights went out, we didn’t get in the room until 11:45pm ,and we were there at 4:00pm the room that we got didn’t have any air or lights, we had to go up to the 4th floor looking for a room with air or lights not good at all, so the clerk took us down stairs on the second floor it was two left we finally found one that had air and lights at 11:45pm I’m pissed off but the clerk was very I was checking out I ask them where they going to a comedy us and the clerk that morning said she didn’t think so but I will get in touch with corporate .

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was great. It was quiet. Parking was good. Rooms were very clean. Great location with several options for food.

The eat out options were very limited. You have to go to the next exit south to get a restaurant (15-20 min each way)

He two check in ladies were so nice .

The room and amenities were wonderful. The staff had a great attitude and was very helpful.

We booked a stay at this hotel after a long day of driving. It was late in the evening, and our family’s needs were just to rest our heads for the evening before another long day of driving. Our check-in was seamless, our room was clean. Unlike other reviews our bed was incredibly uncomfortable and overly firm. We could hear a moderate amount of noise in the hallways in the which is understandable, but I was very disappointed by housekeeping going room to room knocking on doors and calling out to each unit if rooms were occupied at 8:30am. I could understand if it was closer to check-out time. But it seems like that department could communicate with the front desk to prioritize vacant rooms instead of knocking and bothering guests before check-out. Breakfast was great, lots of offerings and well stocked by hardworking staff.

The room was very clean and breakfast was excellent for being at a hotel. Best I have had in a long time.

Clean , comfortable bed , good breakfast and right off the highway

This is one of my favorite hotels, it's always clean & the staff is awesome. However, during my most recent visit the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly there was hair on the wall & floor as well as in the bed sheets. The shower had a broken shelf & the shower head was dirty!

Breakfast was very nice, our favorite pancake making machine plus many other favorites. Like other properties, noise can be an issue but ear plugs can help with that. I've not stayed anywhere where that's been better. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. This will be on our list for future stays on the area, thank you! Only caveat is a little pricey for a family size room (3 beds) but that's usual.

I didn't like that there was only one elevator. I did not like that. They did not tell us that we have access to a pool. They did not tell us what time Breakfast was being served at the front desk. Gail was awesome. Everyone else was not friendly.

This hotel is excellent. Brand new facility. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent with good coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated a few minutes from I95 in what appears to be safe area. The only negative, the area with most of the restaurants is 20 minutes away.
