This was the worst experience I ever had at a doubletree hotel. I understand the system was down, but they were suppose to be calling people by a list, that didn’t happen. Then when I finally got to me, the room I received had trash under the bed and someone shirt hanging in the closet. They moved me to a new room . Then I asked for housekeeping if they could make the bed up and may I have some new pillowcase, while I never got the pillowcase until came back from dinner and had to go downstairs to ask for them again. I will not be going back to this doubletree in laurel again. I was very disappointed.

Clean room, easy parking, and most importantly great staff.

Loved the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom amenities, thumbs down on no refrigerator nor microwave (when traveling over several states no one wants to eat fast food all the time, a place to keep leftovers from family meal & to reheat later is a BIG PLUS), parking was very adequate even for my trailer; didn’t try b/fast;, overnight staff was baseline courteous but definitely not warm welcoming nor friendly to tired traveler , morning staff was 100% better👍👍

Staff was amazing, the room was very clean, parking easy to park and is free. Breakfas is not included but it is a good price.

Perfect for a quick weekend over night! Only thing missing was a mini fridge!

Extremely outdated and run down

Toilet was ridiculously low, too low to get up easily. Im 5 foot 2 and it didn't even come up to my knee when I stood next to it. I've seen higher toilets in pre-schools. The handicapped parking was a very long way away from the hotel entry door and the room was also a fair distance through the banquet area. This was far from ideal for my 98 year old mother who is not overtly handicapped but does use a walker and the distance was very tiring for her. The bed was comfortable as was the bedding. Good location right off the highway.

No hot water. Phone did not work so had to drive back to front desk. Was told someone would visit to check it out. 10 minutes later, handyman knocks and, without coming in, says to run water for a long time, more than the 5 minutes we had already tried. We ran it for at least 15 minutes and still no hot water. At this point it’s 10:30 and we just go to bed. One of our worst hotel/motel experiences!

No refrigerator in room, no swimming pool & breakfast was costly

However, the rate was excellent, bed fine and the location super accessible to 95.

Check in Slow. Check in time at 4 on is rather late

The room was clean, the staff nice, the parking easy.
