We asked the front desk to borrow a corkscrew. They didn't have one. Ten minutes later they delivered one to our room- they had gone out to buy it!!

This was my second stay at this hotel. Very quiet. The staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Water, lemonade and cookies were avaliable throughout the day. Nice touch. Parking was adequate.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location for us as we traveled out of Yellowstone. I would stay there again.

The staff was very understanding & accommodating when I was concerned about holding our room since we did not arrive until 3 AM. Even though our stay was brief everything was great, clean rooms, great breakfast & wonderful staff! I would definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Breakfast was a great selection. The room was clean. The lady getting breakfast was lovely. Nice pool. Close to things. The receptionist was a bit rude. If you're a light sleeper the train is noisy. I'm not so was fine

We were escaping the 112° weather with a 2 month old baby. The staff was Amazing !!Accommodating us with a crib, allowing for a late check out so momma could sleep, and allowing a quick parting dip in the pool !!! Jeremy is an impressive guy. He checked us in, made sure our needs were met and then jumped into cleaning !!! 5 stars Best Western, Laurel Montana !!

Easy to get in and out of the facility. Newer facility which is well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great eating establishments nearby
