Toilets did have slow close …closing lids was very loud

Excellent location. Very convenient to the highway, many local restaurants both fast food and sit down including Cracker Barrel. The front desk attendant ( I think her name was Angie) was very gracious &the lobby/breakfast area was decorated with patriotic displays. Breakfast was good with the standard choices. Our room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator while small did have a freezer which was a necessity for us to freeze freezer packs to keep insulin cold. Parking could be a little dicey if your trying to get close enough to the front entrance when unloading a large amount.

Worst experience ever. The room was beyond dirty, the bathroom without words to explain how it was.

Was a good value.

Smell was very strong and strange. Room had stained covers on the bed. Bathroom made me queasy. People sat outside of our bedroom window almost the entire night which was very uncomfortable.

Great stop over on my trips to Florida. I've stayed here three times. Rooms are clean, with great lighting and electrical outlets and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The clerk was very rude and made snide indecent remarks. He demanded a $100 cash deposit encase of any damage to the room. I booked through Booking.com and called them they said there was no such thing on their paper work. They also advised they have had many complaints about this desk clerk. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay there it's terrible. My friend got a room there and he was not asked for the deposit. Clerk didn't like that I used Booking.com. I was told I couldn't stay there because I didn't have the cash and he wouldn't except a credit card. I went to another much nicer and cleaner motel. This clerk thinks he owns America and can treat us anyway he wants.

The location The ac unit made so much noise it sounded like an animal was trapped and trying to make its way out. Shower was tepid water. Pillows were horrible. Got very little sleep due to the noise of the ac unit.

There were other guests that were too loud.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how great the hotel looked in general and the room that I stayed in was equally as impressive. Very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was first rate as far as cleanliness and overall condition! The complimentary breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay there again when in town on business.

The food was good the staff was awesome.. very clean very nice big beds everything seemed new .
