David Crockett Motel

The place was kinda clean and the staff was super rude to me when I asked for a towel the morning that we denied room service since we had just arrived a few hours later. The front office was never actually open the hours stated they’d be open. They charged us extra $40 and we suspect it was for the towels we asked for the first day there. The staff couldn’t have been more rude!!

Nothing it was bad this woman came out to our car screaming at us with our service dogs in the car . In her language. She mean rude disrespectful. She out our service dogs in a bad way. They got aggressive because of how she approached our car. Scream at us . WHO DOES THAT ? I GUESS THE PEOPLE AT THE DAVID CROCKET MOTEL. SHE CALLED THE MANAGER WHO WAS TRYING TO BE UNDERSTANDING. BUT DIDNT NOTHING TO THE HORRIBLE WOMAN. . SO WHAT WE SHOWED UP LITTLE EARLY. WE APOLOGIZED FOR THAT. WE WERE IN A TOWN WE HAD BEEN BEFORE. THE MANGER RIGHT AWAY. ASKED IF WE WANTED A REFUND. WE SAID YES. . WE JUST WANTED OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE ROOM SO WE COULD GO SOME WHERE ELSE. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. BOOKING .COM FAILED US ON THAT ONE TO . TGEY SAID IT WOULD GO BACK ON OUR CARD . IN COUPLE IF DAYS. WELL ITS A WEEK LATER WE STILL DONT HAVE OUR REFUND . WE GOT NO COMPENSATION . WE GOT NOTHING. HAD CANCEL OUR TRIP. ITS WAS JUST BAD ALL AROUND. SO I GIVE IT ALL A NEGATIVE 0 STARS . WORSE TRIP EVER WITH A HORRIBLE BOOKING .COM . FOLLOWING RIGHT BEHIND. NO STARS FIR THEM EITHER. NOTHING .WORSE TRIP EVER !!!!!

Very nice clean rooms all newly redone will definitely be coming back and staying here next time Well they did kinda have rush us out however they were getting ready for the workers to stay for the week

Busy highway but for the location still worth it.

Nothing We ended up not staying because we felt unsafe! The property looked like a drug motel, there we’d no cars there but yet people staying and a strange guest followed us around and watched as we tried to get in room and physically stood there watching every move we made. We went to front desk and ask for refund and we denied. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I enjoyed the stay . I do think it was a little pricey but honestly it was over all pleasent. Very clean with a nice big led mirror an bug tv an frig No closet

The rooms were clean The Internet went out for 1/4 days of our stay and the front desk refused any type of discount or accommodations even though we informed them that the WiFi was something we needed during our stay for work. The staff was a bit abrasive and would come into our room whenever we left for the afternoon and we did not request housekeeping.

The outside looked rough but the room was pretty clean and nice. The bed wasn’t that comfy and there were a few stains on the sheets. Overall, the room was clean and up to date!

The stupid smoke alarm beeped all night. Got a new battery and still beeped it was horrible

There is not a single good thing I can say about this establishment aside from the fact it was 5 minutes away from our location in which was the travel intention. They told us upon arrival that it was a $20 cash deposit. When we entered the room we immediately noticed HUGE gnats flying around. Before going to address the issue, I went to use the bathroom, only to find bugs in the bathtub. The front office had no one in there, so we slept in the vehicle for the night and tried to address the issue in the morning. We told them of the bugs, to which they said there was nothing they could do and that they didn't understand what i was telling them. They didn't offer the cash deposit back after advising them we weren't going to stay another night and we'd like a refund to go elsewhere. They said it had already been given, which it had not. They then proceeded to cuss, and speak to one another in a different language. Then the manager (i assume) came out, gave me my deposit and advised to contact booking.com about a refund as that's who I booked and paid through, and to file a complaint. This location has ZERO customer service skills and lack the capability of de-escalating a situation when they don't understand or or speak English. HORRIBLE experience from start to finish!
