Comfortable, nice staff quiet place to stay!

Location Door didn't work and I had to get maintenance to fix it. I thought the staff wasn't helpful nor polite. The office wasn't open except when I checked in. The place looked nothing like the pictures.

The website advertises pet friendly, though when you arrive, they tell you pets aren’t allowed. ALSO, when you reach out about a refund they will tell you that you stayed there even though you did not. They will also MAGICALLY charge you for a pet fee even though they don’t allow pets lmao. WORST HOTEL EVER DONT STAY HERE!!!!

Stuff has a work hour no one works after hours So if you locked out self out of your hotel after work hours you will be stuck outside till the morning Checking is flat at 3 pm you can’t wait in the lobby before your check in time . Cooler or microwave doesn’t works !!!

No hospitality No safety No housekeeping Staff frequently leave office

I liked the location. Very quiet, secluded. Noon checkout!! The front desk is not personable. If a tourist is checking in to YOUR hotel and had questions about the immediate area surrounding hotel it would be nice to get an answer and not flat out IGNORED at the front counter…like i was.

Dirty floor, hair in refrigerator, but NO BUGS!!!

Sheets were dirty and no hot water.

The whole place was deplorable the AC wasn't working. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty floor was dirty. Beds were like reused, cabinets were falling down or missing.Place was disgusting

This hotel is a dump. The reviews are a lie. We checked in and checked immediately out. Everything in the room was dirty and mold in the bathroom. Please condemn this hotel.

Location Latoya, no hot water for 5 days.

The room was spacious and clean Had not hot water my entire stay had to relocate to another motel. Staff was not friendly and they were very uncooperative

Room was clean but spare. Furniture kinda of shabby. Looked nothing like the picture. No iron or ironing board.

Price

nothing the office closed at 9pm even though your app/website showed office hours that closed at 11pm. I booked and paid for three days on the Booking.com app and went into the office at 8:45 pm, where the manager said that because they close at 9 pm she couldn't honor my reservation and that the "system" would cancel the reservation. Meanwhile, I was receiving messages, via booking.com , from the property, stating that "after hour check-in procedures were posted on the office door_THEY WERE NOT!
