Comfort Inn & Suites Lees Summit - Kansas City

The drapes were broken, moulding was missing around the closet exposing the drywall, hot tub was cracked and had missing tiles around the top surface and also missing electrical cap on the hot tub, and the ac didn’t work great. The ceiling tiles were askew and it smelled like smoke in the hallway. This was the second time we’ve stayed there in the last month and it was in dramatically worse condition than the first time we were there. We will not stay there again.

Provided clean room and needed supplies for a good price. No frills, but adequate.

The rooms were super dirty in general The sink, toilet, and bathtub were totally dirty. I had to empty the toilet twice, and the sink would flood and drain slowly. The drawers of the night-table and the chest of drawers were full of trash. They tried to give me three different rooms, and all of them were dirty. In the end, I had to settle for one of them because it was already 11 p.m. and I had nowhere else to go. There was no air conditioning in the hallways, and there was a nasty smell.

The carpet in our room was covered in dog hair. It’s very easy to see that the floors do not get vacuumed very well. On top of all of that they posted to sign in the lobby saying that food was not prohibited in the rooms even though we paid a deposit for damage. I always thought that when you rent a room and pay a deposit that your property, your room until you leave I just thought that was ridiculous that they would hang a sign up like that . Very shabby don’t keep up on repairs. Will not ever stay at a comfort Inn again.

Staff was nice and breakfast was very nice. Rooms weren’t clean. Trash left under AC/ heater. Pillows were flat.

All the great amenities and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and serene. Thank you all. Dr. Candace SP Williams Weights could not be in the fitness center but they had a reasonable explanation

Not the best, especially with air not working,

The room was spacious and comfortable with the extra chair in the corner. Breakfast had good choices. The mattress was very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool, pretty cold though.

The location was perfect. Near everything we needed but not too crowded to get to the car park. Didn’t do a full-property inspection but we liked all the parts we saw.

The breakfast bar was basic. Their could have been better bread options...they had a choice of bagel or plain bread to go with sausage patties and fried eggs. If someone wanted biscuits and gravy with sausage they were out of luck.
